The authors of the intrigue around the NTV seem to have considered that it was time to convince the viewer of the proximity of the denouement. In a sluggish intrigue that lasted almost a year, such bursts have already occurred - with searches, descriptions of property and even appeals to Interpol, but now some completely feverish pace has been given the development of events. And, as the laws of the genre dictate, retrospective details are subjected to the denouement, for a long time former, as another December interrogation of Luzhkov , a secret.

After all, almost three weeks have passed since the Media Most refused to present Deutsche Bank to its part of the shares to form a package sold to the Western investor with Gazprom-Media. And everyone stuck almost simultaneously: the prosecutor's office comes for Tsimailo and Titov, through Korostelev was actually charged with the Moscow City Hall and Luzhkov personally , and, finally, in accordance with the inexorable logic, on January 16, Gazprom-Media suits the Media Most with the demand to transfer it to 19 percent of the NTV television company-the very ones that were destined for Deutsche Bank.

The Germans played their role, they are no longer needed. Their agreement with Gazprom-Media is torn. Everything, as before, will be decided in the native walls and with the native prosecutor’s office, and that was already. The plot is repeated, only last time the Media-Most, it was statement, tore off the agreements, withdrawing the laid assets, and now he simply does not give the laid assets.

But why did Media-Most go to the same, as at first glance, suicidal sabotage seems?

In fairness, it must be assumed that the Gusins ​​from the very beginning (and as before in this whole story) knew that they would not execute agreements with Deutsche Bank. In fact, the tactics of the "bridge" are dictated by hopelessness, and he practices this tactics with the whole success: the holding is simply trying to keep the time. But he does not have time to win the necessary half a step. Gazprom-Media manages to catch up with him when no clarity at the "bridge" with Tingner has not been achieved. Turner declares his interest in NTV, announces his demand for the Kremlin to provide guarantees of political independence to the object of his interest-and the answer immediately follows: it turns out that the Media Most has long ago violated all the agreements. Turner meets with the anonymous representative of the Kremlin, and he, of course, does not promise him - and Gazprom -Media suits the court. And on February 2, the board of the Arbitration Court is already preparing to pronounce the NTV and NTV-Plus sentence in the lawsuit of the tax inspectorate .

You can, of course, blame the Mostovites for legal uncleanness, but, on the other hand, the execution of agreements with Gazprom-Media and Deutsche Bank did not promise them anything good. “Gazprom-Media” did not hide that the companies are interested in the claims with him. And Alfred Koch himself with the same immediacy somehow mentioned that he had nothing against the sale of shares to the Western strategic investor, but before that, Gazprom-Media still intends to put the channel under his control. It could be assumed that this provoked a "media-Moscow" for independent searches of the buyer, if such intentions were not guessed in advance.

In a word, nothing new in the intrigue happened. And the denouements still do not have to wait. And the authorities, it seems, wants to make it clear that revolutions are not expected. In accordance with the last leaks, in the future Gazprom NTV will not be objected even against Kiselev himself.
