On October 31, disagreed and disagreed on the triumphal square in Moscow were protested. One, as it were, allowed the rally, the others were not allowed. For some, a scene with speakers was equipped, others chose to stay "beyond" (we would not go to the corral). Both of them shouted about the same thing, but a hundred meters from each other: "Russia without Putin, we need another Russia, Down with the police state." Everything, it would seem, as usual. But today, I think, will go down in the history of strategy-31 in a record small number of detained in the square. "Screwed" only those who were running into a fight with riot police or lit fireers. At least I did not see to be grabbed "as under Luzhkov")) for slogans and posters.
Many people came to the square today. Two thousand, at least. After the "official part" ended, the most disagreements tried to break through the cordon and go outside. On the edge of the square where I was, they failed. On the other hand, a couple of hundred people nevertheless broke through the cordon and headed towards the center. According to another, after about a kilometer they were caught up by the vans with the riot police and the column broke into two parts - one ran on, the second blocked the road and began to grab people from the crowd one at a time and take it to autozaki.
To photographers today was also boring. No one really knew where and how events would develop. Therefore, I think there will be many interesting photos and videos.

About the procession after the rally
I repeat once again, citizens acted absolutely correctly and constitutionally, helping the authorities and police adjust the rally area. Excessive fences were nothing to do and only created crush and tension.
But the procession, which was arranged by several dozen people at the end of the event, I did not understand this procession. Especially when it went through the roadway.
For example, I understand when citizens notified that the procession will pass there. And the authorities illegally banned. And the procession still passed - Ok, everything is clear and completely clear if citizens still act legally and still pass by the procession.
I also understand that if something extraordinary happened - murder, beating, detention illegal - and citizens outraged by the event go to the nearest building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to express their protest. Or they even block the movement in protest - this is understandable - there is a reason.
But if the fly was bitten and wanted to go through the roadway - this is wrong. First of all, because it is unacceptable to fight their own citizens. And none of the organizers of the procession of drivers warned that we say we would go there, do not go that way. In addition, this does not give a chance to the police and the authorities to do legally, but it is still worth giving such a chance.
I will make a reservation, however, that such stupid and meaningless processions are a consequence of the ban on a full -fledged rally. For when there is a full -fledged rally, then there are organizers and they follow the order. And so the spontaneity and the crowd come into force.

For the first time - despite the opposition, intrigue and wiring of the authorities - we took the triumphal square. October 31 will remain in memory as a real day of resistance and freedom.
For the first time behind the monument to Mayakovsky, a rally was agreed. By 18:00, 800 people who were permitted by the authorities gathered in front of the tribune. And people continued to arrive, leaking through the frames of metal detectors. A few more hundred people gathered at the call of E. Limonov for an unauthorized action a little to the side - under the colonnade of the concert hall.
And here is the beginning.
Alekseeva goes to the stands: “This is our city!” Following Nemtsov, then Ponomarev, Udaltsov, Chirikov. I go up to the microphone. I say that there is a chance to succeed only if we maintain unity. I finish the Spanish slogan: “El Pueblo Unido Jamás Será Vencido! While we are one - we are invincible! ”
In the meantime, there are already one and a half to two thousands on the square. At the concert hall, however, the police began to crush people and detain the first activists. We go down from the rostrum with Nemtsov and Udaltsov and decide to go towards the colonnade. There are our comrades, they beat them. It is necessary to show solidarity.
Immediately behind the metal detector - many people and cordon.
The fighters in camouflage clapped their hands, stretched out into a long system and, thus, divided two rallies: agreed and inconsistent. Moreover, if Limonova, the police actually brought by force to the agreed rally, then the employees cordoned off the rest of the demonstrators and tried to keep the concert hall in essence in the corral.
Having self -organized, people began to break the cordon. They fell on the soldiers. More than our comrades came up behind, the avant -garde increased in size, acquired power. The police cordon began to back away, reinforcements ran up. <...>

Yes, wow, complete Albats, in short .... apotheosis of police officers and human rights.
Those who stood, having opened their mouths, in the forefront, relishing the camp concert, maybe it was not clear what was happening.
And the apotheosis of the police and the apotheosis of human rights took place.
I came at the very beginning of the seventh hour under the colonnade at the Big Concert Hall. He began to chant the slogans to MegaFon, quite fair: "Freedom for everyone!" "Freedom without fences!" When we began to squeeze us from three sides by police chains of fattened boars, our slogans naturally tightened. We began to chant: "Down with the police state!" As they have, they cut us out, then they began to tear to me. My security service defended me in serious. Just the battle began. They were more, they grabbed me, and carried me, dropping on the asphalt, then here. I remember the moment that they carried me to, holding my head and my head dragged along the asphalt, past Colonel Biryukov, the head of the press service of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate. I was pulled to the buses, but there they were stopped by some mate, I managed to notice, the civilian boss "where you are carrying, b ...! Bear a rally!" And they carried me to the rally. Human rights activists rally, forcibly.
Here, from the abomination of what is happening, I myself crashed on the asphalt. And a dozen well -fed policemen crashed at me. And so on and the like. Journalists shot, women squealed. They threw me to the owls of the rally, from where I left, despite the fact that the two cordons of vigilant guards did not let out the order, you can imagine citizens from the first free rally on the triumphal. They did not let go, as in the camp!
Having got out, however, I got into the network of pussy-river dogs moving with a black wall, catching and pushing all living things to a rally of human rights defenders. I have never observed such vileness, I have never observed my political life. Partners from the Gestapo and human rights activists. Work together. My security service led me out of the police boiler in the end with cunning.
Tomorrow and the following days, video and photo reports will appear. This Helluin, I am sure to put an end to several reputations of our well -known human rights activists at once. What happened is unacceptable. What happened simply, well, outside the understanding of "is located." Free rally "in a single area of Moscow, it is necessary, it is necessary to create this! A rally," Free on which people will be driven and carry upside down. Why are you, Orlov, Ponomarev, Alekseev! Are you tumor?
Biryukov boastfully stated that this time detainees this time. Well, yes, the cops were ordered to drag citizens to the "free" rally of human rights defenders. Human rights activists also spoke positively. I liked it. You did not understand what you did, no? Well, in the coming days you will understand.

The main result of today's action is that there is no failure. Many were waiting for the failure after Limonov and Alekseev did not agree, successfully diluted by the authorities. The worst result would be if people did not come to the action. But people came. A lot came. I think two thousand were for sure.
This means that leaders and applicants have their own song, and people have their own. The fact that Limonov and Alekseeva did not agree was very bad and a feast desire was not to go to the action at all. But common sense prevailed - it is necessary to go to the action and defend your constitutional law completely and unconditionally.
The unexpected marching march was excellent. We were well angry with the cops, having arranged a wild crush on the corner of Tver and triumphal. Being directed from Tverskaya towards Sadovaya - people went there and, not meeting any barriers on their way, went out in the column towards pl. Uprisings. There were about 300 people in the column, but after a while riot police caught up with us and cut off the tail of the column. People were detained.
About 100 people were left and we, already along the sidewalk, reached the White House, where riot police were overtaken right by the humpbacked bridge. Those who run quickly - ran away;), and we were detained and, having eliminated the journalists from us, put us on the bus and took us to the Presnensky police department.
In the police department, we had interesting conversations with riot police and, of course, this is a completely different riot police than in 2007. They know the laws, they themselves are unhappy with the government, they are more likely to sympathize with us. They talked a lot with them about their favorite Russian question "what to do." True, they wrote false reports (they gave them a indication) - it was said that we were detained on a garden -triumphal, and not at the White House. I had to sink disagreement in the protocol and write exactly where I was detained. Everyone was charged with the "Transition of the street in the wrong place" - have you ever seen that they were delaying the riot police detachment for this? Yes, and the hunchbacked bridge has no movement and no street, there you won’t move even in the wrong place with all the desire.
In general, this some liberality in the design of the detainees from the riot police and police officers is not very good: in the reports it is necessary to write the truth, not a lie. You can’t liberal, violating the law. If this weren’t, one could rejoice that they did not give 19.3 or 20.2 st. In general - they had to honestly draw up an unauthorized procession to us - no one denies. But here you are - the street was not there! (and no one worries, why 300 people organized it were not there ;-)
In general - everything is fine. There is no failure, there is no crisis of Strategy-31. Maybe there is a crisis in the heads of the applicants, but this does not affect the participants.
31 Article of the Constitution should be executed.
Thanks to everyone who is with us.

Just returned from the strategy-31 action. The skeptics were shameful. A lot of people gathered, according to my ideas, about 3 thousand people. Most of the speeches on the coordinated part were quite adequate: no one praised Surkov’s glory, but they talked about the problems of freedom of assembly and freedom in our country in general, many emphasized that despite the disagreement between the organizers, we all do one common cause. I talked about the same and added that the conquered piece of area should become a bridgehead for expanding the struggle.
This received confirmation almost immediately. After the rally, the crowd moved towards the metro. Those who were behind the fence were united, and in front of him. The action did not think to end. OMON, as usual, blocked all other passages. After some pushing, during which the cops again defeated the window of the concert hall, part of the crowd turned and went along the garden ring. The police were confused, they were not ready for such a scenario. As a result, people almost unhinderedly blocked the outside of the ring (ambulances that were driving children to hospitals, by the way, were not there) and went, loudly chanting the slogans. It was similar to a reduced version of the November 2007 disagreement.
Somewhere only after a kilometer we were caught up by one riot police bus and blocked the sidewalk, cutting the crowd into two parts. I found myself in the head of the column, and about a hundred people went to the barricade. Further, part of the people (already about thirty in total) went to the White House that IMHO was a tactical mistake: it was necessary to either go a big crowd, or not to run a fool. But in general, the mood was excellent; We have not arranged such processions since March 2009, and in order to leave directly from under the nose near the crowds of riot police - this has not happened since 2007.
Of course, we violated the already established canon of the genre a little: to carry out everything according to the notifications. Perhaps the next time you need to immediately achieve the procession. But the main thing is that this action of the strategy has become really breakthrough - in every sense of the word. Of course, if the organizers, instead of dog to each other, thought out and agreed on all these actions, there could be several times more people. Now they will have to forget about their mutual insults, otherwise we will already do without them. :)
