Ours are dragging from the budget

After the mass protests of the winter of 2011, when it became clear that our movement could not fulfill its goal - to take all the areas before the protesters for which they were created, and after the resignation of the main ideologist of our movement, our Vladislav Surkov, our remains of our movement reformatted and began to be funded directly from the budget of Russia. The money received the projects of individual commissars: Khryusha against, Stop Ham, run after me and others. Financing was mainly carried out through Rosmolodezh. Representatives of the regions began to be co -financing also through regional budgets - through youth committees.

Suddenly, in June 2012, they removed from the post of head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs of the Creator of Movement our Vasily Yakemenko, and the former State Duma deputy, previously “right hand” of Yakemenko - Sergei Belokonev, was put in his place. It is worth noting that June 2012 is the midst of training in Seliger. That is, all state contracts have already been concluded. The main share of contracts went to firms, owners of which were commissars and activists of our movement.



As a result, Belokonev changes the policy of receiving state costs. Having analyzed the state contracts that Rosmolodezh played in the period 2011-2013, we can say that Sergey Belokonev began to determine these contracts “by competition” to his people, and Yakemenko began to press.
