Mikhail Khodorkovsky was released from a punishment cell, where he was serving a sentence for drinking tea in an undesignated place. This is the second time the ex-head of YUKOS has been sent to a punishment cell for violating the rules of the colony. And in both cases, the motivation for punishment causes only bewilderment and indignation. Khodorkovsky's lawyers have already achieved recognition of the first conclusion as unlawful. Now we have to file a complaint against the second one. But even a positive decision on it is unlikely to protect Khodorkovsky from new visits to the punishment cell.
