Help Krymsk!

Alena Popova, who is currently in Krymsk and coordinating the Public Assistance Headquarters, published an appeal to business representatives on her blog. It says:

“In connection with the current situation in the city of Krymsk, we are publishing a list of priority areas in which assistance is currently required:

1. Airlines for free prompt delivery of goods and volunteers from different cities of Russia

2. Gas stations to assist in the delivery of goods, free refueling of vehicles delivering humanitarian aid and volunteers, as well as for possible financial assistance 3. Taxis and carriers to assist in the delivery of goods to affected residents and the movement of volunteers throughout Krymsk and the region

4. Pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies for organizing mobile pharmacies

5. Construction companies to help restore damaged houses and build new ones in place of completely destroyed ones

6. Manufacturers of fully equipped window frames (in many houses there are no windows left at all)

7. Manufacturers of furniture to deliver and equip the homes of affected residents

8. Manufacturers, distributors and rental companies of professional cleaning equipment for civilized assistance in clearing debris and cleaning houses

9. Banks, banking and financial groups for financial and any other assistance

10. Banks, banking groups for the joint creation and implementation of programs such as “maternity capital” and profitable or interest-free lending as part of assistance to affected and destroyed businesses

11. Beverage producers to supply the population of Krymsk with their products due to the lack of drinking water and hot weather.
