Moscow authorities intend to check the condition of all construction sites in the city where underground work is being carried out. The impetus for this decision was the collapse of the soil on Leningradsky Prospekt on September 10, which, according to preliminary data, occurred precisely due to the fault of the construction company that was erecting an office building in the area. But nothing can be done about it: it just so happens that in the capital, the conditions for construction work and their admissibility are checked, as a rule, after the start of construction, when little can be corrected.
