Conventional absurdity

The Moscow Regional Court sentenced Yulia Privedennaya, an activist of the P.O.R.T.O.S. movement. (Poeticized Association for the Development of the Theory of Social Happiness), to four and a half years of suspended imprisonment. The prosecutor asked without any conditions. Thus, Privedennaya remained free, but was found guilty of creating an illegal armed group - based, first of all, on the fact that her friends from “P.O.R.T.O.S.” legally purchased hunting rifles were found. The process took place with numerous violations. At the same time, not a single prosecution witness was questioned, but twenty defense witnesses were questioned. Along the way, Privedennaya was taken to the Serbsky Institute without the right to walk, where it was established that she was sane. Judge Andrei Vyunov constantly demonstrated hostility towards the defendant.

The defendant is going to appeal the verdict.
