The last ejection of a rabid printer

Tomorrow will go down in history, that is, it will go into the summer of the State Duma of the 6th convocation, this enraged printer of the presidential administration. And the chief chief of the country could not but thank the Dumans for the work done on legislative eradication even the most insignificant chance that Russia will be democracy, the separation of powers and, funny to say, the rule of law. Speaking yesterday before this meeting, Putin did not regret the loud words of gratitude "for the deep, content understanding of the state interests of Russia, for ... consolidated legislative support for proposals related to the strengthening of the security of our country." The members of the Parliament were awarded special thanks for the selfless work on the annexation of Crimea, when they adopted more than a hundred laws, ensuring the inclusion of the peninsula taken from Ukraine in the Russian Federation.

It should be recognized that what is called the Russian parliament, without a doubt, is an important, perhaps the most important department of the Kremlin administration. There is no such wild, tracing any norms of the right to prohibit political activity that this Duma would not accept. These are rubber articles on counteracting extremism, which without any difficulty you can squeeze anyone who publicly express disagreement with the authorities. These are laws on “foreign agents” and “undesirable organizations”, which actually prohibit any social activity outside state control. These are dragon bans to any organized disagreement with the authorities: rallies, meetings, demonstrations. Finally, this is a brutal law that has banned foreign adoption. The law that condemn the painful extinction of dozens of sick children in shelters, which Russian bosses do not want to take care of.

In order to thank the State Duma, Putin is no coincidence chose on June 22, probably the most tragic date in our history. I chose to hint: and now, like 75 years ago, the country is opposed to the insidious enemies coming from the West. This enemy threatens to organize a “color revolution” with us, surrounds the completely peaceful Russia with bases (you think, Crimea snapped and unleashed a war in the Donbass - this is in the zone of her life interests). And, how to drink, ignores the Putin's proposal to abolish NATO and create a “modern non -block, equal to all states system of collective security”. The proposal, to say, is very relevant. Especially when you consider that in a couple of weeks, NATO will make a decision on new measures to military deterrence of Russia at his summit.

But these, like previous machinations, the Kremlin answered not only symmetrically: relocating troops to the western border, deploying new divisions. In the Putin arsenal there are also asymmetric measures, during which the Duma is simply indispensable. In response to the aggressiveness of the West, the Kremlin will spread rot their own people. Washington adopts the “Magnitsky Law”, wanting to punish our corrupt officials and killers. But we will never give a resentment of our corrupt officials. Duma, Fas! - And the people's deputies joyfully adopt a law prohibiting the adoption of Russian orphans. The West imposed sanctions against senior officials and Posyubutin businessmen. Excellent, in response we will deprive our own subjects of western food. The Duma immediately expresses hot approval by government programs of “Import substitution”. When a decision will be made as a punishment of the West to bomb Voronezh, the State Duma will warmly approve this.

And she would not have been herself if she had not prepared a worthy gift on the day of farewell to the country. The Duma intends to give a new asymmetric response to NATO's aggressive actions. It is planned to accept in the second, and, most likely, in the third reading of new "anti -terrorism" amendments to a good dozen Russian laws. The bill adopted in the first reading not only proposes to simply deprive citizenship for terrorism, forcible seizures of power, armed rebellion, sabotage, public calls for extremist activity, separatism, but also for serving in the armed forces and state bodies of other states and even for cooperation with international organizations in which Russia is not “not participating”. The authors are not at all embarrassed by the fact that they offer to deprive thousands of Russians living abroad. They understand that the law will apply selectively. Against these bold, who are all crowded and Toldychit about human rights. And in order to get around the ban on the deprivation of citizenship, directly formulated in the Constitution, a new legislative norm "voluntary rejection of citizenship by committing a crime" is introduced.

However, if some are going to deprive of citizenship, then others will be punished by prohibiting them with departure from the country. For this, there will be enough warning that will be made to an employee of the state security organs. In addition, laws practically prohibit inconsistent departure of any religious activity, putting it under state control. And they also bankrupt all operators bankrupt, as they demand from them to store data on contacts.
