The Moscow authorities did not approve the picket in defense of Left Front coordinator Sergei Udaltsov and other political prisoners, which was supposed to take place on December 29 on Pushkinskaya Square at 18.00.

Udaltsov’s wife Anastasia offers two options in her blog. Either “come out in any case, without posters, slogans, etc., and stand, talk to each other, just show that we know about all cases of illegal imprisonment,” or hold single pickets - “stretch out every 30 meters on both sides of Tverskaya from Tverskaya to Mayakovskaya, or as long as we can.”

As Udaltsova later wrote on her blog, the picket will take the form of a meeting with deputies. At the same time, information appeared that the picket had been agreed upon for December 30. But Udaltsova calls on everyone to come to a meeting with deputies on December 29.
