Now our oppositionists are being attacked in several directions at once. There seemed to be little story about pedophilia, which allegedly affected one of the most popular bloggers, photographer and member of the Coordination Council Rustem Adagamov, known in LiveJournal as drugoi. Now they have decided to close it for promoting suicide. Let’s clarify: not yet to close him, but one page on his blog. According to Interfax, the reason was Adagamov’s report on events in India, where an activist of the movement “For the Independence of Tibet” tried to burn himself in protest against the visit of the President of the People’s Republic of China. Adagamov made this posting in March 2012. Roskomnadzor sent a request to Live Journal to close the page on the drugoi.livejournal.com blog. The requirement states that this page is included in the registry of prohibited sites.

In addition, the name Adagamov disappeared from the list of members of the Public Council of the Ministry of Culture. The Ministry of Culture does not comment on the situation. But the considerations should be clear: since the ex-wife says that he is a pedophile, it means that such a thing has nothing to do in Russian culture. This violates our national cultural code. Minister Vladimir Medinsky will not sit at the same table with such a person.

Meanwhile, the corresponding page on Adagamov’s blog is indeed blocked, and Alexey Navalny and Echo of Moscow journalists Vladimir Varfolomeev and Alexander Plyushchev, as well as a number of other bloggers, republished the blocked message as a sign of support.
