Against nature

Now the State Duma has decided to curb lawyers; everyone has not liked them for a long time. If there were the will, they would be completely banned - otherwise it would be troublesome to somehow put everyone in prisons - but for now it’s a little scary. Therefore, the Duma members propose to tighten control: the rules of exams and the code of ethics must be lowered from above. What categorically contradicts all rights and freedoms is that these rules are developed within the legal community, because a lawyer, by nature, is a being independent of the authorities.
