Awarded the "Crystal Turandot" Award

On Thursday, June 18, at the Moscow Academic Theater. Vakhtangov held the 24th ceremony of awarding laureates of the Independent Theater Prize "Crystal Turandot".

According to TASS , the “Valpurga Night” of the Moscow State Theater “Lenkom”, which his artistic director Mark Zakharov put on the works of Venedikt Erofeev, was recognized as the best performance.

Awards were awarded to the best director of the artistic director of the Russian Youth Theater, Alexei Borodin for the play “Nuremberg” and the artistic director of the theater art studio Sergey Zhenovachu for the performance of “Suicide” , who also brought the “Crystal Turandot” in the nomination “Best Scenographer” to the artist Alexander Borovsky.

In the “Best Male Role” nomination, Oleg Tabakov received the prize for the main role in the performance of the Moscow Art Theater “Jeweler’s anniversary” and Igor Mirkurbanov, who plays a broom in “Walpurga Night”.

The Crystal Turandot in the nomination “Best Female Role” was awarded to Maria Mironova for the performance of Marina Mnishek in the play “Lenkoma” “Boris Godunov” , which, like the “Juvenary’s anniversary”, was set by director Konstantin Bogomolov .

In the honorary nomination “For the long -term and valiant service of the theater”, the award was awarded to Elena Kamburova.

The Crystal Turandot Award was established in 1991 and was awarded according to the results of the Moscow theater season.
