Oh! It seems that the Moscow City Court offered my husband a bribe on an especially large scale. About a million US dollars. And he did it publicly, through the media. My husband and I came to this conclusion in the zone where I arrived immediately after the meeting of the Presidium of the Moscow City Court, which considered the supervisory complaint of my husband Alexei Kozlov. The Moscow City Court threw us a bone in the form of a reduction in the term by two years (at first it was 8 years - according to the most popular business articles of the Criminal Code, 159 and 174, "fraud" and "legalization", then they threw off a year, now they threw it not too kindly to 5). However, the discount was not motivated in any way, although the official representative of the Moscow City Court Anna Usacheva on the same day told the media literally the following, I quote from the Vedomosti newspaper of 08/01/11: for the shares received.
My husband and our lawyer said “oops” twice when I brought them the press. The fact is that harm (damage) is declared in court, and paid to the victim according to the writ of execution. There is no victim in our case, except for Panamanian citizens Caballero Ebara and Berta Acoca, who are unknown and there is no evidence that they even exist. The investigation and the court do not care, we understand this, however, in order to pay something, you still need to know to whom and where. Caballero and Akoka did not write any statements, they did not file any claims, they did not indicate their damage from actions allegedly committed by a Russian citizen Alexei Kozlov who did not know them. Thanks to fellow journalists - now they undertook to find Caballera with Acoca in Panama. „
It can't be anything other than a bribe. However, there is a second option: the Moscow City Court is a medical case. Here we sit and think: either to go to the police with a statement, or to Kashchenko
“Nevertheless, someone paid some money to someone - can’t we not trust the official representative of the Moscow City Court, who has been closely studying our case for more than three years? My husband bought the shares of the plant, paying $1 million for them. Until now, no one, except my husband, has been able to present any payment documents (and, therefore, rights) to these shares. That is why no one can bring any claims against us. Apparently, someone paid a large amount bypassing the orders. Therefore, my husband and I can demand the return of this money to us, allegedly received on behalf of my husband. The Moscow City Court knows better where, to whom and from whom. Maybe Caballero Ebara works there, or maybe it's someone's husband, Berta Acoca, we don't know. The amount is also understandable: if my husband allegedly “partially compensated for the harm”, then it is several hundred thousand dollars, up to a million.

Here we sit and think: either to go to the police with a statement, or to Kashchenko. But first they filed a libel suit. After all, in order to pay damages to Ebara and Akoke, one must admit one's guilt. But my husband did not admit anything and is not going to. That is, the official representative of the Moscow City Court slandered the convicted businessman, making it clear that he was not a kid, that he admitted his guilt. But my husband will never do this. By lying and slandering my husband, the representative of the Moscow City Court caused him untold suffering and damaged his reputation. This week I will take this lawsuit from my husband to the Presnensky Court in Moscow, where our criminal case is kept in the archive. Something tells me that a circus with horses will begin next.
The funniest thing in the whole story is the existing and unrepealed ruling of the Supreme Court in my husband's case, where it is written in black and white that during its consideration the right to defense and the presumption of innocence were violated. That is, in addition to slander, the Moscow City Court substituted under Art. 315 of the Criminal Code, which provides for liability for non-execution of a court decision or other judicial act. And this is up to two years.
