One of the main witnesses in the case of billions of embezzlement in Rosagrolysing, General Director of Vita LLC Sergey Tsvetkov is ready to return to Russia and testify to the investigation. In his defense, he said that he was only the nominal manager of his enterprise, whose activities had the most vague idea.
This was told by Kommersant by the lawyer Tsvetkova Alexei Khorolsky, who also acquainted the publication with a copy of the written testimony of his client, transferred to him to the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
The flowers now in Thailand is the founder and the only owner of Vita LLC, which, as investigators believe, played the role of the key link in the theft scheme of 1.125 billion rubles from OJSC Rosagrolysing (RAL). This money, Kommersant recalls, were allocated from the budget to pay for imported equipment for the oil extraction plant in the Verkhnekhavsky district of the Voronezh region, at that time controlled by Oiloproduct-Bio CJSC. The management of this company indicated to Vita as a supplier of the ordered equipment: in 2008-2009, Ral entered into an agreement on financial lease, transferring the LLC the amount due. However, according to the investigation, no equipment was acquired, and the money received was withdrawn and spent on third -party goals.
On the fact of the theft of March 4 of this year, part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Fraud on Especially Large Sizes”) opened a criminal case, within the framework of which in early April, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted searches and arrests in the Voronezh region and Moscow. Among the detainees was the main suspect in the organization of theft- the former deputy head of the Ministry of Agriculture (when Elena Skrynnik) and the founder of the oilproduct holding Alexei Bazhanov and his two top managers, Roman Malov and Sergey Dudenko.
In his explanations, directed to the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Tsvetkov tries to convey a cherish thought: in Vita, he only played the role of the industrialist, and was not devoted to the company (formally) the company he headed.
Work in the Oil Product, reports Tsvetkov in his letter, he began with a simple weigher on the elevator, after which he moved to the Voronezh Chop "Hawstreb-M", belonging to the same group. So, according to the explanations contained in the letter, he visited Moscow several times in the “Vita” affairs, and also, accompanied by a lawyer, went to customs for the registration of the received equipment. By signing the documents, Tsvetkov is recognized, he did not delve into their essence, acting in full accordance with the orders of the head of the "oil product", who were brought to him by the mentioned Roman Malov and the lawyer of the company Denis Kurilov. They controlled the activities of the company, about which its notorious director had the most superficial knowledge: “They said that equipment for the Oiloproduct-Bio was purchased. I did not know either about the timing, no prices, nor about specific money. All documents were drawn up by lawyers led by Kurilov. I received a salary monthly as a director. ”
Some time ago, the happy stage of the directorship of Tsvetkov was interrupted by a new introductory from his owners: the company he headed is closed, and he himself can return to the work of the guard. The January trip to the training camp to Thailand, organized by the leadership of the Oil Product, obviously, was supposed to become the athlete-director of the bonus for the services rendered. With the return of flowers from it, which had reasons to fear for his safety, I decided to wait.
Most likely, the investigating authorities will try to provide guarantees requested by him - flowers are too important to allow him to disappear. But the fact that the argument of the director of Vita will be taken seriously, there are great doubts.
The holy simplicity with which Tsvetkov tries to defend his innocence before the investigation is difficult not to be touched. Indeed, well, as a quikboxer security officer, who was put on a directorship chair in some kind of muddy office and regularly receives a salary for performing the only duty-without looking and wave financial documents without unnecessary questions-guess that they want to substitute him. Truly, such simplicity is worse than theft, which, apparently, again flies to the country into a well -known penny.
All the worse for people who all this time used Tsvetkov for their purposes. There is a hope that, upon the return of IE Thailand, with the same holy simplicity, he will throw a bundle or two firewood into the flaping furnace of the investigation. Perhaps then the coals are also flared up, while only those who are smoldering under the former Minister of Agriculture Elena Skrynnik. Probably, she should already prepare for the fact that her current evidence in the Rosagrolysing case will still be revised.
