It's time to wake up

Khodorkovsky’s defense is ringing all the bells: on February 8, Khodorkovsky’s lawyer Karinna Moskalenko appealed to the Prosecutor General’s Office ((http://www.khodorkovsky.ru/cassation/petitions/6296.html with a letter)), in which she asks to stop illegal actions against the accused and lawyers. Having received no response, on February 15 she sent a telegram to Yuri Chaika. And on February 16, Yuri Schmidt ((http://www.khodorkovsky.ru/cassation/comments/6353.html) addressed the public with an open letter), which listed in detail all the violations committed by the authorities, justifying the inconsistency of the charges against Khodorkovsky and Lebedev .
