Freedom on the carnival
It's all strange.I’m not talking about the victory itself, not about the feeling of the joy of victory and not about the coincidence of the dates - they have already written and said about it about it.
And about the fact that the main news on June 22 was to be memory and sorrow.
And about the fact that there was still a reason for glee.
I'm talking about something else, so I will try to add my "five cents".
How did you allow? Why didn’t the crowds overlap the traffic from Moscow streets? Why did they stop a violation of night silence and peaceful sleep of workers? Not to mention drinking in public places ...
Okay, I could hardly resist, so as not to go and not to indulge in glee in all types.
But why did our valiant law enforcement officers dispel the crowd?
Why was she even allowed to go out?
Such an accumulation of the people with an expression of their feelings and opinions is possible only by prior agreement of an application submitted no later than ten days!
Has someone handed papers to the city hall as much as June 11 and on the victorious night presented the Gendarmes with the appropriate document?
Where was the police? However, someone saw the police. A small quiet group of either "ours" or someone else went to the Alexander Garden-after June 22 ...
With these it is clear - they have a subscription. The experience of last year’s siege of the Estonian embassy showed that “ours” can indistinguish between noisy fun at least around the clock.
Interestingly, if one of the non-“ours” went to the eternal fire, how would this campaign end?
In the "dashing nineties" that night, the shortest one year, the most unknown soldier went to the grave of the most radical and opposition youth - and nothing!
And now you are not "troubled time" - let anyone try to express his memory and sorrow without the permission of the authorities!
And the police chose a jubilant crowd not to notice ...

One of the colleagues suggested, however, the other reason for the police tolerance: the law enforcement officers themselves were covered by a football triumph, and therefore they did not disperse and did not arrest a jubilant crowd.
I’ll risk objecting: you can rejoice only with the Polish permission. Not only the cause and source of joy are subject to approval, but also the time and form of manifestation of it. He would try to attend the street theater carnival-festival-parade! That is, there was a parade, but almost without spectators: it is not supposed ...
And not only the Democrats they drive, not only “marches of the disagreement”, but also, with appropriate instructions, are different other marches. In addition, the blocked movement in the city center was supposed to cause some reaction of law enforcement officers, regardless of sympathy for the passions and motives of the crowd.
This is from some point of view very correctly-try not to notice what you cannot cope with. You can’t call this behavior healthy, rather familiar.

Those who were not noticed used sudden invisibility. As if the ban on inhalation and exhalation were unexpectedly lifted ... Especially since the reason was - real, two hundred percent. It was clear even to me, uninitiated and unenlightened.
After all, it was an undoubted and honest victory. Nobody outlines "uncomfortable" opponents - whole teams and one by one. No old Khudabych was conjured with balls and did not move the rod of the gate. The score of the goals was not only victorious, but also convincing. Everything that the victory accompanied - the game in the field and at the gates of the enemy - everything was transparent and convinced. There was plenty of what is so lacking in another, unsportsmanlike half of our lives. It’s not a shame to rejoice in such a victory, here for popular glee, organizers and ordering do not need.
But I will ask again: why didn’t the police stopped? Indeed, from the point of view of the law, there is no difference-people go to Square on April 12, 1961, learning about the flight of Gagarin, or now, after a football match ... or, conversely, in some 1991, learning about the events of the Vilnius TV Tower! Now you just can’t go out to the square. When in the fall of 2005 in St. Petersburg they were going to hold a mournful rally for nine days of the murder of Anna Politkovskaya, the authorities noticed: according to the law, it was necessary to submit an application on time!
The point is not only that such a law is not based on the right. If citizens have the right to gather, the law must help him, and not cancel the meetings. And the freedom of assembly and other rights, now canceled for harmfulness and unnecessary, they are rather not relaxing, but disciplined. Make them citizens.

The point is that the law, it either is - or it is not. When one hemisphere is allowed to rejoice and indignant, and the other is deprived of such rights - this is called schizophrenia. If people leave "bread and spectacles" for emotions, they see not citizens, but subjects.
And the loyal crowd does not know how to remember and grieve. Wait for something else. The carnival is not the only refuge of the free rampant. There is also a rebellion ...
They are already warning on the Web: "If we, God forbid this euro, will have a revolution, there will be a revolution-just people will pour into the Kremlin, take out from there in Medvedev’s hands, drag someone else, everything is very very in the next morning; we will wake up in another country."
This happened - if not in the third Rome, then in the previous two. It didn’t end in anything good.
I would like to somehow divide it, but how if the carnival becomes the penultimate refuge of freedom?
