The Moscow City Court confirmed the right of lawyers to bring laptops into pre-trial detention centers. Thus, the judicial panel of the Moscow City Court refused to satisfy the cassation appeal of the representatives of “Matrosskaya Tishina” against the corresponding decision of the Preobrazhensky District Court of Moscow.
The Preobrazhensky Court made a decision on the complaint of lawyers in connection with the ban by the administration of “Matrosskaya Tishina” on the use of technical means, including laptops, when communicating with clients.
