Don't care about the disaster

Today, NBP activists broke into the Angarsk office of Transneft, the central headquarters of the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil pipeline. Transneft management intends to lay an oil pipeline 800 meters from Lake Baikal, in a seismic zone. The oil pipeline threatens an environmental disaster. Public outrage is growing: local residents send protests to the president, environmentalists warn of danger, Limonovites organize unauthorized actions. But the price of the issue is such that it is unlikely that environmental concerns will stop anyone this time either.
