Now they draw cartoons themselves, in a 3D schedule. On computers, only necessary for work - the program "ADADO Photoshop" and "Autodes Maya". There are eighteen of them: in a class painted by characters from their future series, 20 Assers, on the school board-one on all the picture that must be made voluminous during the educational day. Someone makes a location for the fence-by the end of the day it should become just like a real one, with all the splinter and nails, someone “revives” the house and grass. Many of them for the first time in their life turned on the computer for the first time in their life.
To open the world's first cartoon factory of computer graphics in places of imprisonment was invented by journalist Alexander Lyubimov. What role does the experiment on the enlightenment and professional employment of prisoners play in his election campaign in the “right business”, it seems to me not the main thing: I saw these girls. They do not want to leave the multi -tutorial to the detachment, and they dress up as a holiday for work.
“I decided not to submit documents for parole, but to get a full education, without which nobody needs me at large,” says convicted Elizabeth Koshcheev (Article 158 of Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Today's convicts, after liberation, are going to work as models-specialists in 3D animations and computer graphics, in demand in advertising, on television, in landscape design. Any architectural or design-bureau today offers customers a project for interior design not on a millimeter, but in a 3D program.

The teacher of computer graphics by Vladimir Sannikov had doubts that girls would be able to achieve success in the profession of a mododer: there are a lot of women in the design of women, and there are few in 3D animations-mathematical brains are needed. But they take the perseverance and mass of free time of the city: for six months, the monitor from the printer did not differ so that now Lyubimov and his team intend to train 500 specialists and thereby reach the planned cost of one minute of 3D animation. Forces of Moscow workers, one minute of the cartoon costs 15 thousand dollars, at Chinese facilities - 7 thousand dollars. If you teach a convict, it will be even cheaper.
The calculating, if you slide over the surface, the project fully corresponds to the strategy of the Perm Territory to create jobs in the innovative economy and the tasks of the “social elevator” of the FSIN. But this is nonsense against the backdrop of female eyes digging into the monitors. The drawn fence opens the gate to them into the new marvelous world, in the "Illusion of Maya", which was opened to them. They willingly entered the game: becoming animators, they were likened to the goddesses, shamans, acquired the ability to transform events. Cartoons helped to believe that a lot is fixable.
The paradox on the replacement of narcotic cartoons with voluminous graphic here will not surprise anyone here. Katerina Izmailova, who has a photograph of the son of Gleb on the table (she goes to an art school, is waiting for her mother to draw cartoons together), as if waiting for the question: “I thought about it - we are sitting for love for drugs and her“ cartoons ”, and now we will rejoice fairy tales with our own hands”.

The girls know that their work is beneficial to the authors of the project, and they are not just calm - they relate to this well. Nastya Utkina from the second detachment argues this way: “Previously, work was given to China, now the money remains in Russia. I’m only for, all the more to get a free profession - a rarity, we have an interesting money future! I have a daughter. I hope she will see my work in "Good night, kids!"
The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Perm Territory Tatyana Margolina believes that the Lyubimova project took place thanks to the enthusiasm for the organizers with his work, that their project is a model of a socially responsible civilized business. “In the colony you see extinct eyes. And here many did not believe that they have such an attentive attitude that what was happening is true. In the colony, convicts get used to thinking that they are outcasts. And here the project with significant persons, who, by their interest, sharply overcome the stereotype of the attitude of society to the woman who committed the crime. This is important for the entire penitentiary system. And therefore there is so much stiffness in assessing this project precisely in the system. But if the prison authorities will have a faith in these women, the long -discussed reform of the penitentiary system can begin softly and efficiently. ”
If we talk about the commercial expediency of the project of animated schools in the system of prisons, it is more than timely: in China, where there is state support for animation, the prices for the production of cartoons are half as compared to Russia. Perhaps in the near future our animators will think about whether it is worth placing orders in China.
Alexander Lyubimov, working on the development of the project, completely hopes that his wards are paced from providing the market with 3D animation in the author’s multiplier. “My dream is that one of the girls draw his cartoon, for example, in the poetry of Francois Viion, and won the French animation festival in Ansi. We still have to swim and swim before, but it is possible. ”
Konstantin Lenkevich, employee of the design studio "First Field":
- The demand in this type of work is gigantic. There are only three good schools in Moscow, and the country has hunger on computer animators. They are needed wherever visualization is needed. Yes, the girls are not Ualta Disney yet: we make all the creative work, scripts, sketches ourselves. But we give a chance to prove ourselves, do not hesitate. During the broadcast, they will show something with a finger and tell their child: “I did it!”
Boris Milgram, Deputy Prime Minister of the Perm Territory:
- Many colonies are still in the state of the Gulag and the royal hard labor. This condition for various reasons is still impossible to overcome. Perm is a prison land, and we know this to ourselves. Since we live with this, we must understand how to live. And here it is important that the guys offer convicted girls after liberation.
Nikolay Novichkov, Minister of Culture of the Perm Territory:
- Live projects - those where you do not need to answer the question: "Is this about money or about people?" Money is the circulatory system of society. If the money is not tied to the creative, nothing will work. For decades, we have been talking about the humanization of the FSIN system. This comes down to talk about the softening of the regime. The mode is softened - problems begin, and everything is new. The solution is located when creativity and investment come to the closed system.
"Sharashka" is this? No. All girls strive for parole, and many will receive it. Thanks to the "sharashki" the union launched a satellite into the space, but did not learn how to make good cars. Because when you sit in a "sharashka", you do not feel the market.
