On January 28, in Yekaterinburg, an event is planned that the leaders of the Prime Minister Putin are considered as a reference for a series of similar rallies for the entire pre-election and even post-election period. According to our sources in Yekaterinburg, local authorities began to prepare the upcoming manifestation immediately after the end of the New Year holidays.
After the New Year, surrounded by the deputy head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Volodin, a number of documents were developed that consistently presented his view of the election work in the context of the new social situation created by Moscow opposition rallies in December. We are talking no less about the new strategy and interception of the initiative from the street opposition. The strategy has already been explained through plenipotentiary representatives of the President in federal districts and directly to the governors, and in the main looks like this.
In the field should ensure the maximum mobilization of Putin's supporters, which will result in mass movement in his support. The rallies of supporters are called upon to prevent us from an “orange revolution”. In the December mass protests at Putin’s headquarters, it was her. And they decided to give a worthy answer to the opposition where she showed herself: on the street.
The requirement passing through all installations is very interesting: such a movement should be formed by itself, without the administration , so to speak, as a result of the “living creativity of the masses”, as they said in the CPSU. Recall that in December, attempts to contrast the manifestation of “ours” and other movements organized by the Kremlin to rallies of dissatisfied elections ended in complete Fiasco.
Rallies as an opposition response on February 4 are also planned to be organized in all regions where the Kremlin administration has opportunities.
