Especially in the era of total lies, bashfully called post-truth.
The fact that the Minister of Culture did not look in telegrams, still hollowed. It is much worse that the minister and, it seems, the Belarusian authorities do not completely understand how the information space is arranged today, what works in it and what does not work in it, how it is possible and how it is impossible to behave with people who have been living in conditions of total awareness for more than 20 years.
The Belarusian authority complements the misunderstanding of information realities by the inability to read history. I guess about the nature of this inability: apparently, it is somehow justified by the first line of the national anthem (“We, Belarusians are Mirny Lyudzi”). Well, after all, the authorities of Romania at one time also sacredly believed that "corn did not explode."
As it was there today in Belarus, the authorities methodically make standard mistakes:
Sends to the bars of political opponents, all but one, and after she wins the election as expensive, she is sent abroad, apparently believing that a woman with a shem is a grain of grace;
produces peaceful demonstrations with ostentatious atrocities;
pretends that nothing happens in the country, and if something is somewhere in some places and sometimes, then the enemies are enemies to slander.
Suppose that ignorance of history is explained by arrogance, but how to explain the wildness with the disconnection of mobile communications and the Internet?
Put, like, sites like tut.by and the end of the end? This is where you were taught so, in Iran?
Well, God be with her, with the Belarusian power. It is time, I believe, to already present the readers of the protagonist of my replica-the telegram channel Nekht (the Belarusian word for "someone"). It will not be an exaggeration to say that it is Nekhta that is now ensuring the total informing of society both within the country and beyond.

How did Nekht achieve sensational success, and - most importantly - phenomenal efficiency, which allows the channel not only to inform people in a timely manner about the events, but also coordinate their actions (disavow the movements of the “astronauts”, call the addresses of houses and codes from the entrances, in which you can hide from beatings, etc.).
It is no secret that the success of Nekhta is fully ensured by Web 2.0, the very notorious transfer of control over information in the hands of the creators of this information themselves. In this regard, non -subject is similar to any traditional social network: the content in the channel itself is created by the participants in the channel.
It is enough to bring one fact about the effectiveness of such a scheme: when I first learned about the existence of Nekht 10 days ago, there were slightly more than 500 thousand subscribers on the channel (the number, of course, is already huge).
Now 1 million 897 thousand 813 people are already involved in the information exchange!
The information on the channel Nekhta is propagated by geometric progression precisely because each participant has the opportunity to post their own video documents in the tape. The only condition is to indicate the geographical place of the record, date and time. From the non -terminal flow of documents, in real time, not only the total in integrity is the picture of events that reflect the entire territory of the state, but also the unprecedented speed of the spread of information about these events.
At first, people post a video document in Nekht, then show it from their smartphone to all those around those who are near the rally, stands under the walls of the insulator on the street of the Oskrestin Street, participates in the strike of the workers of Mats, the BMZ, the Cardiology RNP, the Call furniture factory and a thousand other places.
Everyone sees the effectiveness of the channel, immediately they themselves subscribe to it and themselves begin to transmit their photos and video factories.
As a result, we get an information channel unique in terms of effectiveness, which, due to interactivity, acts as a real leader and coordinator of national resistance after falsification in the elections. This is especially true in a situation where Svetlana Tikhanovskaya who won the election was escorted outside the country.
Web 2.0 provides the conceptual superiority of Nekht, but its vitality is provided exclusively by the advantages of the platform itself - Telegram. Messenger Durov is, of course, the next step in development after traditional social networks. In order to close Telegram, the authorities need to make an incompetibly more effort than in the case of social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and VKontakte. Russia's experience is excellent confirmation. Telegram can be filled up, but only for a short time. Alternative proxy servers and Hydra of dissidentism quickly rise quickly, begins to destroy the pyramid of unanimity.
As I said, the Belarusian authorities turned out to be completely unprepared for the development of events in the country, did not complete their homework, did not study the specifics of the modern information space, so the methods of struggle chose depressingly miserable.
The first, the simplest and most ineffective is an attempt to stupid Telegram blocking, which, for obvious reasons, ended Fiasco.
Then, other, no less mossy and very ridiculous instructions removed from the GPU-NKVD. About 50 years ago in certain structures it was believed that the most effective way to combat information was to discredit the personality of the one who disseminates the information. If someone claims that “Soviet power is evil”, it is enough to demonstrate to everyone (ideally-to achieve recognition from the first lips) that the applicant is a kleptoman, a hereditary schizophrenic, a White Guard, a Japanese spy, a criminal, a former policeman, Vlasovets, and if very lucky, then pedophiles. After such an exposure, any enemy rhetoric is simply obliged to crumble to dust.
No sooner said than done. They began to dig under the organizers of Nekht. It turned out that the matter is completely dark.
The telegram channel does not have its own website (already suspicious). Only four people who fell in Warsaw lead him. Nonkhta established five years ago in the form of a musical YouTube channel, a character named Stepan Putilo (aka Stepan Svetlov).
The editor -in -chief Roman Protasevich, who received political asylum also in Poland. There are no other names (and are the names?).
For five years, the project of Putilo-Svetlov-Protasevich systematically and purposefully fought with the Lukashenko regime, regularly shot revealing videos about the corruption of the Belarusian authorities. At the same time, there was no advertising on the channel.
And now we want to ask you, our dear Soviet comrades, on whose money this enemy is courageous?! Whose mill is pouring his rotten water?! The question is rhetorical, everyone has already seen Obama's unsightly ears and Madel Olbright’s nose speaking for himself.
A wonderful approach, isn't it? Well, how can I tell you ... about fifty years ago I acted properly. It just sounds like a parody today.

Everything spoils the damned Web 2.0 and its video format! Documentary personnel with the atrocities of the security forces during the acceleration of civilians, audio recordings from under the walls of the insulator, on which the crack of crushed ribs is not heard for inhuman cries, this does not need to discredit the moderators of the Nekht channel.
More precisely, against the backdrop of such visual documentaries, AD Personam attacks look offensive even for imbecile. What is the difference to me who was Raskolnikov - a member of the RSDLP from the day of foundation or zoophilus, if I have a video in front of me, on which an episode with an ax and an old woman is completely captured?
In addition, AD Personam himself made his way to the cashier: the video clips in the channel Nekhta do not Putilo with Protasevich, but thousands and thousands of direct direct participants in the events.
In short, in the era of hyperinformation it would be nice to refresh the manuals. Now, I'm afraid to change something late.
In the end, I’ll still throw a spoonful of tar. Semantic analysis (forgive the old philologist Fanfaronism) Canal does not leave no doubt that this canal is ideological, political and strictly engaged. All motivations are easily read by the rhetoric of editorial comments accompanying the publications of ordinary users, and give out a definitely political agenda.
These conclusions, however, do not change anything in an invariant assessment of events taking place in Belarus:
