Daily magazine: after the day

Still, times are changing. Sometimes faster than someone wanted.

Last week, the “Independent Gazeta” published the convertible note “United Russia fell under tandem”. The note begins as follows: “ United Russia”, despite the aspirations of its leadership, may not become a “party of Putin”. The Presidential Administration came close to the formation of the personnel of the “bears”. ”

It further describes how the first deputy head of this administration, Vladislav Surkov, gathered the leading “United Russia” in his office and explained that without the Kremlin - and therefore, without the legally elected Dmitry A. Medvedev, they can’t. And people of the All -Russian President will now oversee the appointments to the main position in the party apparatus. New, of course. (Not to be confused with old, double -check.)

Here is such a story.

Of course, the fact that “United Russia” will never become neither independent nor (scary to say!) Anti -presidential and will always obey the Supreme Kremlin anything new or amazing. Since the “EP” is not a party (in any case, in the classical sense of this difficult word), but a club of businessmen and bureaucrats, united by the effect of proximity to the Kremlin feeder. Therefore, the Kremlin will always do what he needs with EP. As long as he needs it.

But secret salt notes in another. The fact that the influential first deputy. Surkov now, it turns out, has become a “hand of Medvedev” in the “Putin camp”. And, following the logic of an independent note, it will reduce the influence on the United Russia by its own unauthorized chairman.

But a few more weeks ago, all sorts of Surkovsky people with a frantic whisper assured the public that:

- There is one political leader in Russia, for which marble jacuzzi is being built in the White House;

-“EDRO” is Putin’s personal party, and if anything, the ex-president with the help of the party easily calls for his successor; T.K. Prime Minister + Party is much more important than the president without a party;

- Vladislav C is a direct representative of Putin in the Medvedev Kremlin, a hawk claw and a keen overseeing eye.

But only nothing historical time has passed, and the concept, as in a middle -aged Soviet joke, has changed. From now on, Surkov serves Medvedev and oversees Putin. Not the other way around.

Although our curator of domestic policy is able to make mistakes - it is enough to recall his last year’s bet on Sergey Ivanov and the “party presidency” - Vladislav Surkov’s easy jump, you can’t call. This seasoned hardware wolf understands where and where the wind is blowing from. The exclusivity and infallibility of the Kremlin throne, on which Putin is no longer sitting, but the real Medvedev, opened to him in all the blackening inevitability. And we will not be surprised if the spitting commentators in the near future will no longer discuss the “real National of National” or “tandemocracy”, but about the “unquestioned authority of the institution of presidency”. And the fact that Jacuzzi in the premiere rest room, it turns out, was never built.

This is Russian life. The cross -country or, softer to say, the overpoint of leading apparatchiks directly to Dmitry Medvedev began. Because we have a president, and another, parallel, will not be. And Vladimir Putin should not be offended by those who were lying at his feet yesterday, assuring that without the third or fifty, or even fifth terms, the country will disappear and perish in the unknown. Sic Transit. Anyone who came off from the monument of the throne should not indulge in unnecessary memories.

But Putin will still be offended. And be jealous. Not to power, of course, which he suffered from the last desirable possibilities. But - to folk love. He will not soon understand the “national leader” that is still arising from all the cracks, how does it happen: yesterday, when there is a genius on the throne; And today, leaving the throne, it is not clear what. And the genius is the boy who once served you coffee.

Although, of course, the myth of the omnipotent Putin, always remaining a true center of power, will live in full chest for some time. Because this myth is useful to many. Putin himself - to stop jealous and start living. Medvedev - so that there was someone to blame the non -reck up (“ Of course, we wanted to quickly liberalize everything, but, you understand, V.V. does not go with our Chekists and gives us a prodigy ”). The West is to scare political babies with “aggressive imperialist Russia”, supposedly intensified to hard labor, and under the pretext of expanding NATO. (Medvedev is not particularly crumpled, the image is not the same.) And in fact - where are we all without these lead cheekbones playing Zhelvakov, without snot, sorters and circumcision! Eh, history ...

Moreover, President Medvedev is already getting more successful than his pharmacy predecessor. Here you are “Zenit”, and the hockey gold of the world, and the beamed “Eurovision”. In a system where Fart (coupled with money and technologies) is the most important term of the universe, this is a sign of chosenness. Like a cloud of the son of the sky, promising such honors that they are not talking aloud.

And in the field of technology, the Medvedev Kremlin seems to be starting to work out. And what else do you order to consider the victory at Eurovision, as not a brilliant political technological combination, the purpose of which is clear to send, finally, to the legitimate resignation of Yuri Luzhkov, the mayor of Moscow.

How? Everything is very simple. Eurovision is essentially a music festival of sexual minorities. 2/3 of the living audience (and about the same number of contestants) - gays and lesbians. A year later, tens of thousands of homosexuals will arrive in Moscow overnight. And, having joined the Russian brothers, they will finally arrange the very gay parade of Victory, who has firmly resisted our “strong business executive” for so many years. The cast -iron beekeeper has not yet understood this. But soon they will explain to him. And then-in the face of the egregious irreversibility of capturing the capital by jubilant sodomites-the 72-year-old veteran of kleptocracy will resign. To somehow keep the remains of the face.

Actually, that's why they sent to “Eurovision” to win it was Dima Bilan. Remember, friends, that his producer, incomparable Yana Rudkovskaya is in a very difficult relationship with individual members of the Luzhkov family. And this could not help but use political producers class and rank higher.

Yu. M. will be replaced by some lively Medvedev young man. But it doesn’t matter. After all, we - for the first time in a few eras - will wake up in Moscow without Luzhkov. And maybe even the Tretyakov Gallery on the Crimean Val will still survive, and the orange orange -wiring house will never be built.

Do not be sad and complain about the weather. The afternoon is already beginning.
