The doctor and the switchman are very different professions, but under some special circumstances, the doctor can also be determined by the switchman. Of course, in the framework of that verbal turnover, which still means "finding the extreme", and not actually. Suppose a sick person was tortured to death in a pre -trial detention center, the main culprits of the crime must be smeared. And then investigators recall Aibolites. And it turns out that the prison doctor incorrectly diagnosed the basic diseases that led to the death of the prisoner. And such errors happen in the will, do not?
Couldn't the 37-year-old Sergey Magnitsky die in an ordinary hospital due to the fault of the attending physician?
This is the message of the IC of the Russian Federation to the city and the world: Larisa Litvinova is to blame for the death of a lawyer. Butyrskaya doctor was either mistaken in the diagnosis, or made negligence, or something else, and the investigators have nothing to do with it. They acted within their competence and simply did not know that the prisoner was dying in prison.
Magnitsky himself was mistaken. He thought that he was dying from pancreatitis, cholelithiasis and calculous cholecystitis, which he wrote about in his many complaints. But in fact, the patient suffered from other diseases that were found only after death. In any case, it is precisely this information that is contained in the document called the forensic medical examination - the fourth in a row.
Magnitsky family lawyers talk about forgery. They recall that the court refused to give the mother of the deceased samples of the tissues of her son - for an independent investigation. They argue that investigators leading the death of the lawyer of the company Hermitage Capital Management, entered the history of "new far -fired diagnoses" in the history of the disease. In order to confuse this matter, and people who are really guilty of Magnitsky’s death, among whom both the prison authorities and investigators, partly and doctors help to avoid criminal liability.
A natural question arises: why did the gentlemen from the Investigative Committee need a new scandal associated with the Magnitsky case? Or did they not understand that the results of forensic examinations would be studied by lawyers and friends of the deceased as in detail as the circumstances of his death were still investigated? Why was it once again to be substituted?
The answer is not easy. Although something can be guessed about. Apparently, law enforcement officers simply have nowhere to go, and in this state they are from the very beginning, the case was barely opened against William Brauder and his company.
With Magnitsky, who revealed the theft scheme of billions from the state treasury, it was impossible to argue - it could only be planted. Magnitsky, who was sitting, could not be taken to court, even Russian, since the case has gained a huge international resonance - a lawyer could only be tortured to death. Magnitsky, who died, cannot be justified - then dozens of people involved in his death will have to be transplanted. Because they destroyed a deliberately innocent person.
That is why investigators involved in this case at the request of Medvedev on the eve of Putin’s return, as if at a fracture of eras, are simply dragging time. They look for a switchman, who is also unlikely to be seriously punished for the "mistake" made. Since investigators are not going to justify the deceased, and they intend to explain his death by purely medical reasons, multiplied by the human factor.
Moreover, not only time works for the security forces, but also the current state itself, with which they have grown so closely that even the Russian Foreign Ministry is listed among the allies. And the Magnitsky case becomes part of the foreign policy of Russia, sincerely preoccupied with the fact that the cardin list almost does not coincide with the list of switchmen identified by the Investigative Committee. With the exception, perhaps Larisa Litvinova and a couple of other doctors who were so mistaken in their diagnoses that these diagnoses now have to be completely rewritten. Only the statement of death remains unchanged, but investigators cannot change this line, and they are unlikely to want, and they must reread it with voluptuousness.
