Russia needs complete transparency in relations with neighbors in the CIS. And yet. With all the former republics of the USSR, it is still necessary to switch to international calculations. This is economically correct. This is psychologically correct. I remember Soviet times. The maximum rabies among the "people-internationalist" was caused by all kinds of "fraternal assistance". When this help (the size of which was greatly exaggerated by jealous-distributed public opinion) ended, money in Russia was not increased. But at least they got rid of one stupidity.

It's time to finish the process. No one (we) owes us to anyone - no one (we) does not offend us (we). We would all get rid of our Oedipus complexes - Russia from the complex of the Imperial Father, the Brothers from the complex of the Imperial Teenager.
