Change houses against the forest

On July 7, an action of defenders of the local unique forest was held in Khimki. They opposed the start of development of the oak grove. Earlier, as the leader of the Movement in Defense of the Khimki Forest, Evgenia Chirikova, told Echo of Moscow, activists began to receive letters warning that their action was illegal. This, however, did not stop them. According to Chirikova, about 300 people came to the rally.
