The question of the fact that he, in principle, could honestly win in the second round, is closed. Could, but did not do it.

The falsified nature of Putin’s elections today is obvious to the majority, and therefore his power is not only illegal, but also illegitimate. Recall that, unlike the concept of legality, the concept of legitimacy is not legal, but rather moral and psychological. This is the recognition of the legality of the authorities on the part of society. Uzurpathic, illegitimate power can further gain legitimacy, if either it arranges society, or society at least reconciles with its existence on the principle of "you can’t do anything anyway," and "hesitates and fan." This means that society, if not a de jure, then the de facto recognized the power of the creator of a new legality.

Initially, until recently, the Putin regime had legitimacy. Firstly, the majority really was for him and the majority knew it. Secondly, although in the elections it was used according to the growing administrative resource, there were no direct evidence of large-scale falsifications.

Now the regime has lost the legitimacy. If he manages to find her again and stabilize for a long time, the growing degradation of Russia is inevitable. Just due to the natural laws of the development of organisms. How public organisms develop, in which a predatory gang of burned cynics, crooks and thieves has confirmed its monopoly on power, uncontrolled, irremovability and impunity, it is not necessary to explain.

Currently, crooks and thieves have won an obvious victory over society. The society could not prevent them from making large -scale falsifications. The scope and arrogance of falsifications is a demonstration to the society of his helplessness and the strength of the regime. You can scream as much as you like. We will still do in our own way, and you cannot change anything.

Naturally, this cannot but have a demoralizing influence on society. After the successful scam "Putin's Elections" some period of despondency, apathy, a decline in protest activity was inevitable. In the end, people are simply tired of the state of internal stress that lasted several months, which seemed to be useless. But this period will turn out to be fleeting or society will reconcile with humiliation for a long time - this will depend on the behavior of opposition leaders and organizations. The opposition cannot now prevent the usurpator from entering the Kremlin, but it can do a lot to make it look as a pity for it.

To prevent the regime from gaining new legitimacy and stabilized for a long time, the opposition should not let society forget that this regime is no longer legal. The opposition must constantly remind society that the Duma and the king are not real. That they are usurpators, crooks and thieves, holding power only with the help of fraud and strength. The opposition should use any informational occasion to emphasize once again: we do not recognize these elections, this Duma and this president. We intend to remove them from power, and we are not going to wait for the expiration of the deadlines of their powers.

The opposition can reduce its program for the immediate requirements to three main points (in fact "blocks"):

1. Recognition of the fact of falsifications of the Duma and presidential elections, the investigation of these falsifications and the punishment of those responsible for them. New early elections of the Duma and the President under the updated legislation. What should be this updated legislation, it has already been scheduled in detail and repeatedly. This, in fact, is the "political reform".

2. The recognition of the illegality of the actions of the authorities in relation to the so -called "unauthorized public actions." The termination of the practice of unreasonable refusals to conduct public actions, illegal detentions and unlawful condemnations of their participants. The punishment of the perpetrators in lawlessness. Clarification of legislation in order to put a barrier to arbitrariness in the future.

3. The liberation of political prisoners - or "unlawfully convicted", as human rights activists agreed to call political zats to give our nervous authorities to preserve at least a third of a good mines in a bad game. Moreover, this requirement should be the first. And for moral reasons, and because it is easier to quickly perform.

This program is minimal, holistic and inviolable. The exchange of any of its points for any partial concessions is unacceptable. This program should not obscure any competition of projects of future development of the country, the participation in which parts of the opposition will surely be proposed. The beginning of the discussion of this whole program is an indispensable condition for any political dialogue with the authorities, not to mention cooperation with it. Technical interaction is also possible with terrorists who have captured hostages - for example, on the issue of transmitting water hostages. But political dialogue is possible only after the release of hostages.

So far, the ruling click does not fulfill this program, in addition to this program itself there is nothing to talk about with them. The opposition should not allow themselves to lull the songs of sweet -haired sirens about the opening opportunities to influence the power and the need for a “constructive”. Any conformism, opportunism, and consistency of the opposition will only work on the demoralization of society.

This does not mean that the opposition should not conduct a dialogue for projects of promising development. Must. But inside yourself. And for this, new opportunities really appeared. There has never been such a degree of interaction between various detachments of the opposition - the left and right, systemic and non -systemic - as in the period of inter -election. The achieved should not be lost. From the coordination of the election headquarters on the organization of observation and conduct of joint protest promotions, it is time to move on to bringing positions and developing at least a short -term general program on key issues of social and economic policy, up to the formation of a “shadow government” from representatives of the main opposition trends. In any case, the solidarity within the opposition is the factor of its strength.

Much will depend on parliamentary parties. They are not very strong in street protest, but they have their own bridgehead for an attack on the ruling click. If desired, the same Duma, with all its illegitimacy, they could turn into real hell for crooks and thieves, if they at least half captured the methods of parliamentary obstruction developed by world experience. These parties still have a chance to take a worthy place in the protest movement. Otherwise, they will go into political oblivion along with the Putin regime.

And the last. It is useful to be rude to boorish power. This is a global way of teaching her to the place, to take off from rudeness for all times and peoples. But ordinary citizens who freely or involuntarily found themselves in the ranks of the defenders of this power are strictly unacceptable. The state employees crushed by life and extremely dependent on the will of the authorities, who have not yet realized the absolute value of such an abstract concept as the right to vote, or simply fearing for their more than modest prosperity, is a potential reserve of the protest movement. These are the most socially infringed people whom crooks and thieves use, and then they will definitely throw it. And sooner or later they rebel. And only the Union with them will allow the young "creative class" to overturn the regime of crooks and thieves. So the opposition should learn to be protected not only by provocateurs with the Molotov cocktail, but also from some proud exposure of “anchovies”.
