Social march

On Saturday, March 2, in the capital, a "march for the rights of Muscovites" will be held. Collection at 13:00 on Pushkinskaya Square for the cinema "Russia". The march participants will pass through the boulevards to Sakharov Avenue. The main initiator of the "Social Marshal" is Sergey Udaltsov. He himself will not be able to take part in the action, as he is placed under house arrest.

The march will end with a rally at which it is planned to begin the formation of a list of "people's candidates" at the coming elections of the deputies of the Moscow City Duma in 2014.

On the march, it is planned to develop proposals for holding a city referendum on the most acute and problematic issues. According to the results of the action, the authorities of Moscow will be invited to hold a meeting within a month with representatives of the organizing committee of the march for open discussion of folk requirements and initiatives. Subsequently, it is proposed to form the Moscow Public Council with the participation of city leaders and representatives of a wide range of political and public organizations, including opposition.

9. processing of the General Plan of Moscow with the participation of public representatives,

10. bringing a construction policy in accordance with the throughput of city streets,

11. The full implementation of the capital repair program of apartment buildings at the expense of the budget,

12. the introduction of a transparent tariff formation in the field of housing and communal services,

13. implementation of the demolition program for five -story buildings with resettlement of residents within the area without deterioration

15. Stop all work on the demolition of historical buildings and the destruction of green spaces, a refusal of the program for the construction of religious structures in the parks and squares of Moscow,

The targeted development of public transport, the creation of an equipped municipal taxi fleet, the development of a network of inexpensive car rental with the simultaneous eradication of the “purchase” of driver’s rights, the development of bicycle transport, especially in sleeping areas, the creation of an extensive cycle rental network, the equipment of protected sites for bicycles, mopes and motorcycles, and motorcycles,
