The starting milestone of the Georgian reforms was 2003 - the last year of the omnipotence of thieves in law.
Our reference point today is Georgia -2003.
The highest leaders of the country, they are the largest "businessmen" and the richest residents of the Russian Federation, the expanded cooperative "Lake" - these are real thieves in the law in a direct, and not in the criminal -methodical sense of the word.
This is bad news.
The good news is that the Georgians, when they cleaned their thieves in law , did a lot. For example, the reform of the police and the eradication of household corruption, which is recognized in Russia even the worst haters of Georgia and its leadership. Why shouldn't we get it?
Is Russians worse than Georgians?
But domestic thieves in law possess, as it was just said, by the highest state power, they control powerful power structures, they themselves cleaned the entire political space, and routinely falsify the elections. When everything around is cleaned, who will clean the cleaners?
And what, are Russians worse than the North Africans?
By the way, about Africans. We could observe the Egyptian revolution on the air for about a month. It was made by non -oppressed and disadvantaged masses. Its driving force was educated and relatively wealthy people belonging to the middle class.
If we return to our domestic rams, then, just like his North African already fallen brothers in mind, the Putin regime three to four years ago crossed through his wretched Akma and on the life cycle of authoritarian modes his time is nearing the end. As befits such structures, it dies not from the uprising of the masses, but from some strange internal disease - from an irresistible existential aversion to itself, from its own exhaustion and Sartre nausea of being. It was such moods that were recorded in most Russian "elites of development" in a well -known study by Mikhail Afanasyev in the spring of 2008.
Since then, the symptoms of a high disease have only aggravated and Putinism seemed to be uncontrollably approaching the final point of his trajectory - the garbage bucket of history. But in the behavior of his historical graves - educated professionals, without at least passive support of which the regime could not simply exist - some timidity was discovered. Despite the already growing almost vomiting nausea, many of them continue to serve the regime.
Let's try to understand the reasons for this historical hitch. In our opinion, two of them - material and ideological - and they are interconnected. The Russian gold million, including potential revolutionaries - the development elites - never lived so well. Oil splashes from Soviet wells not only flooded the head of Timchelok, Abramovich, Sechins and other thieves in law, but also flew to the professors of the Higher School, advisers to the prime minister and president, the chief editors of radio and television channels and other engineers of human souls. With their minds, they understand that the country is immersed in a disaster, but, alas, they are incredibly fantastically rich in comparison with ascetic Soviet times. And they had not yet managed to fully enjoy these exciting new opportunities. Have not got drunk yet.
Seduced by dizzying fat scraps in the Lake thieves in law, the last (de) generation of the Russian intelligentsia has turned into a Capo of the ruling regime. But, as you know, there is no meanness that the post -Soviet intellectual could not ideologically justify and justify. It’s not enough for him to sit on a sovereign stake - after all, we must also eat a liberal fish for a dessert for mental balance.
Such a liberal fish for liberal CAPOs became ritually repeated by the allegations of the reformal general nature of the regime that has developed in Russia over the past two decades. In one of my articles, I paid considerable attention to a certain AAB-CTARY precisely because he managed to express the collective point of view of this important social layer with amazing clarity and immediacy.
AAB Sr. is basically true and, which is especially valuable, on the basis of his personal trusted contacts, he announced a list of trumped thieves in the law-Putin, Medvedev, Sichin, Chubais, Sobyanin, Serdyukov, Ivanov 1st, 2nd, Kudrin, Prokhorov. He does not deny, but on the contrary, confirms that this brigade, corrected the Constitution of the Russian Federation, intends to live in the power for life.
But , with inspiration, he brings us good news from the mountain peaks of power, not for sake, but tokmo to complete unpopular liberal reforms, which the same brigade and its historical predecessors have stoic in Russia for twenty years.
You must understand, gentlemen, that a certain originality, identity of Russian democracy, our manipulation technologies are absolutely necessary. Otherwise, in this unfortunate country, terrible Zyuganovs and Kvachkovs would have long come to power. St. Petersburg progressors are the only force that can gradually, in the long run, bring Russia to the western civilization bosom. So in the first three years of the next cadence of the brigade, she will need to conduct extremely unpopular real health reforms, education, pensions, roughly speaking, Gaidar reform-2, for the good of these stupid scoops. And then three more years will have to lick their wounds and stroke them on the heads. And they must be beaten on the heads, beat ruthlessly, although we, progressors, ideally, against all violence against people. Um, - the position is hellishly difficult.
My view of the latest Russian history and the nature of the current regime is fundamentally different. Due to the exceptional importance of this discussion for the future of the country, if it has a future at all, I will allow myself to repeat some considerations that I have already expressed for many years.
Over the past 20 years, we have created a mutant - neither socialism, nor capitalism, but an unknown animal that is not amenable to definition in traditional political terms. Capitalism in Russia begins with shutters and ends with businessmen such as David Yakobashvili and Anatoly Karachinsky.
Abramovichi, Deripaski, Prokhorovs are already no entrepreneurs and have never been to them. By their role macroeconomic function, by the nature of their activities, they are large state officials who control budget flows and distribute raw materials rent. The secret of the functioning of the mutant is that some of its creators formally appointed themselves, or as it is fashionable to say now, positioned themselves with businessmen. Understood this honorary status, covering their administrative resource, these actual officials and virtual businessmen got the opportunity to completely legally alienate a huge share of national wealth that they lead abroad and, usually stored abroad.
Another hypostasis of the two -headed mutant - Putin, Medvedevs, Sechins - on the contrary, formally positions itself as large government officials, and actually also control megamks under the brands of Kovalchuk, Rotenbergs, Timchelok ...
It is not the other characters that are important, but the predatory nature of the system of authority functioning according to its internal laws. The expulsion of Berezovsky and Gusinsky in the 2000 of Berezovsky and Gusinsky did not change in the community of Russian thieves in law, just as the elimination of many prominent representatives of the communist nomenclature in 1937 left the power of this nomenclature as a corporate community in 1937.
Thieves in law are exempted from the liability of the private owner. Their "companies" will never go broke, they will not go bankrupt, no matter how high the level of personal consumption of their owners and beneficiaries is and, no matter how low, the level of efficiency of their management. Through the state privatized by them, they are supported by the state budget or foreign loans guaranteed by the state. So they continue to privatize the country again and again in a particularly cynical form in the foundations that they created completely legitimate within the framework of the model they created. The nomenclature umbilical cord, connecting in the late 80s-early 90s, the newborn Russian capitalism with the authorities, not only remained non-surveyed, but also grew into a huge insatiable intestine.
The continuity of privatization is terrible not so much multiplely multiplying social injustice, but primarily the ineffectiveness of the feudal-bureaucratic form of “property” generated by it, its absolute non-and-in-law.
The path of the “owner” to success in Russia does not lie through effective production, successful competition, innovation, but through the proximity or direct belonging to the “power vertical”, through the exploitation of its administrative resource - a small or not at all a small piece of the state - and through the absolute loyalty of the ruling brigade and its plowman. As I like to repeat the richest man in Russia, "at any moment I am ready to give all my fortune at the first request of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin."
The fault of Russian reformers is not at all that twenty years ago they were not the same to someone and somehow distributed property. At the starting point of the trajectory, this was almost inevitable (the communist nomenclature herself already dismantled it directly or through its appointments) and, in the end, not even so significant.
The trouble is that they never created and did not even try to create basic tools of a competitive market economy and, above all, a civilized institute of private property, separated from the administrative resource of power. As a result, the mutant of the continual nomenclature privatization Forever was born, devouring the country and depriving it of any historical perspective. In such a system, an effective owner cannot arise in principle.
Potential effective owners and effective innovators with their feet and their money confirm these that have become obvious to all truth. In the past three years, one and a half million professionals unclaimed here and their families have left Russia. Billions of dollars of capital are moving in the same direction. And these are not only the common funds working in a shift method of thieves in law. This is the money of those entrepreneurs who flee from the administrative racket, from the lawlessness of the security forces, from the hypocrisy of the iPhone, "struggling with corruption."
By the way, the locomotive, in my opinion, is the most repulsive figure in this whole criminal deck, a swindler on trust, a cosell-provocateur, leading a herd to a slaughterhouse under his sweet-headed “liberal” coat on Twitter.
In the place of their plowman, I would leave the Wenced -bearer for one more period. He is not at all dangerous to him, but in many ways useful. But look at the physiognomy of the nationalist in those rare situations when he has to play the ceremonial role of the second person in the presence of Medvedev. On a detached-shredded frozen mask with a spanning of the stilers running through it, all those sincere feelings that Alpha-Mol experienced in his brief by blood are written.
In this dead atmosphere of the bunker, to write for thieves in the Law of the 2020 and 2030 law or to talk with enthusiasm of the three years of unpopular, but such life -giving reforms - this is the betrayal of the "liberal" Kapo.
After all, all of them educated people and perfectly understand that in the absence of basic market institutions, any isolated "market" reforms will be counterproductive and will only lead to negative results. So, for example, the pension reform, which "began" the other day by the actual default of the state pension system, will end the same. No other structure in its place in twenty years has appeared and will never appear in an ugly economic environment, where the trust of subjects to each other is completely absent, thieves in the law, as the queen in Alice in Wonderland, constantly change the rules of the game in their favor and, in principle, long money cannot exist.
And the “incorporated Gaidar reform-2” thieves in the law in education and health, advertised by AAB-Sr., are nothing more than a sharp increase in the payment of medical and educational services and “optimizing the network” of hospitals and schools, cannot be definition. By the way, they are already in full swing. Read a brilliant article on this subject - no, not Gennady Zyuganov, but Evgenia Gontmamer .
All our high -luminous Capos also know that the country does not have a more acute and urgent purely economic problem today than to deliverance from the state power of the thieves' thieves in it, how Galileo knew that the earth was spinning. And they (CAPO) did not even show the instruments of torture in the Curkovsky Inquisition. They simply showed very large grandmas there.
As for the phrase "unpopular reforms", when I hear it, I grab the non -existent gun. And I hear it for twenty -five years, first from the foremen of perestroika, and I will, apparently, hear at least twelve years from thieves in law and their ideological service service. Well, guys, when you, with a stink and pleasant sense of intellectual superiority over the innet, pronounce the treasured words “unpopular reforms”, you probably mean some deeply thought-out economic measures that will rather painfully affect the wide layers of the population during, say, two or three years-but then they will probably bloom in science and crafts with songs with songs. They will go out into the field.
But twenty years old, and then another twelve! And all unpopular, and all painful ... And the horses all rush and rush. And the huts burn and burn. And how they burn after the unpopular reform of the Forest Code.
And besides, gentlemen, unpopular reformers, you yourself, our advanced, have held over the years that very popular events in your narrow circle and all as a selection have become dollar multimillionaires, and the most talented of you even climbed into the needle ears of the world list of "Forbes".
When I am talking about the betrayal of the “liberal” Kapo, I mean not only the betrayal of them in the late 80s to the square to the hundred thousandth rallies of intellectuals in worn shoes, on the backs of which they made their way to the authority, and the remaining downstairs were contemptuously christened by the Demshiza.
They betray their own interests and even, scary to say, the interests of thieves in the law, which they so carefully serve. Their ordinary collaborationism delays not only the agony of the regime, but also the loop on its throat and leaves only the most dramatic scenarios of its inevitable collapse.
One of the most revered authorities in their midst arrogantly noticed once, referring to a plebs struck by a paternalist philosophy: "You did not stole anything. You had nothing." A wonderful phrase in the spirit of Maria Antoinette, which, of course, will be included in all textbooks of the history of the Russian Revolution of the 10s of the XXI century.
Over the twenty years, the deprived of the future generation of children of those "who had nothing was stolen from." And it is just beginning to present its account.
