The case smells

Alexey Navalny was called the agenda . This time is a unique case - in a foreign court, and as a witness of the prosecution. The defendant is the company "Yves Rocher", which the Russian authorities previously used in the process against the Navalny brothers. According to investigators of the Investigative Committee, the FSB and prosecutors, the brothers who established the company "Glav's subscription" stole about 30 million rubles from manufacturers of cosmetics and perfumes. On December 30, 2014, Alexei was sentenced to 3.5 years of conditional imprisonment, and his brother Oleg sat for the same period.

In the beginning there was a court - as usual, Zamoskvoretsky district in Moscow. Then there was a site with an interesting title: "One question to Yves Rocher." Then the French lawyer William Burdon got acquainted with his content and expressed a desire to attract the famous company to answer as part of the legal procedure. Now it's time to keep the answer. Now again the court, which begins in the French Van, is in the case "On the giving obviously false testimonies in relation to a third party." Such a cycle of ships in nature, the plot is partly aromatic, partly comic, but most of all - tragic. The plot in which the fate of many hostages fit.

We mention, firstly, the employees of the Moscow branch "Yves Rocher", who did not want to be injured at all and fought back from the Kremlin, the FSB and the TFR, but suffered an annoying defeat. Since, secondly, the general director of "Iv Roche East" Bruno Lepru, "coward and insignificance", as the founder of the FBK calls him, supported the prosecutors. If we talk about a full -fledged tragedy, then one cannot help but recall the fate of Oleg Navalny, who was puffed up for his brother, who had served a year under house arrest. Oleg was sent to the camp exclusively in order to mock Alexei. The calculated meanness of this sentence was obvious from the first day.

I believe that in the French court, which begins on April 30 and where Oleg and Alexei are already called, they will deal with this sentence and this Bruno very thoroughly. It is a pity that neither Putin, nor Bastrykin, nor Bortnikov, nor investigators, nor prosecutors, nor judges of various Russian instances who carried out and confirmed the lawless verdicts will come there on the agenda. However, they will undoubtedly be invisible to be present in this court, and almost every day will talk about them there.
