Sisters of a stripper

At first glance, Scissor Sists have become famous very suspiciously quickly. This group from New York was organized in 2001. In the second half of 2003, after she made sacrilege over the Pink Floyd song, the producers were seen. And now they are already megazvets. To the music, Scissor Sisters dances behind the scenes of Lisa Minelli, Kylie Minouge herself is locked with them at the studio.

Of course, newcomers to these guys cannot be called. When they met, everyone was already completely held in their professions: three musicians, secretary and stripper. However, the reason for success is not at all. And the fact that Scissor Sisters fell into absolutely in the subject: irony combined with absolute dance fun is exactly what is now needed. Because it is at the same time simple and not stupid, glamorous and unprincipled. They know how to apply correctly with the fact that in the performance of others they call a bad taste. And they do it very much.

“Sisters”, among whom are four men and only one lady, produce hits with a catastrophic frequency: the entire first and only album is clogged with them, like the Moscow metro passengers at 9 am. Music, as it should now, is as eclectic as possible: pop seventies, synth-pop-pops of the next decade, esid-fank, glam rock, disco. Anything, if only it was fun. “We are by no means refined intellectuals,” assures the leader of the group Jake Shirs (the one that is a stripper). But then he indicates the boundaries of his games with a bad snop: "... we do not want to contact such a dumbass as Britney Spears." The fact is that she, Britney, asked them to make remix on one of her songs.

Now they come to Moscow as part of their world tour. On August 14, in the Garden "Hermitage" you can expect anything, anything: Shirsov can undress in old memory. In any case, you will not have to get bored.
