At any time of the day, you can come to the Solovetsky stone on Lyuban Square and join the action.
In 1937-38, more than 30 thousand people were shot in Moscow alone. Name and surname, age, profession, date of execution - thousands of names will sound on this day in Lubyanka.
From the appeal of the organizers:
“If we want to live in a society in which a person’s value and interests are higher than the value and interests of the state in which the state has no other values and interests, except for a person, then our path inevitably lies through the Solovetsky stone.
If we want to joyfully and without regard to implement our impulses of civil service and our independent educational undertakings, then we will come to the Solovetsky stone.
If we are not ready to recognize any of the ideological, religious or cultural schemes of the total dogma, then we will come to the Solovetsky stone.
If we want to freely and without fear of adhere to those religious and national traditions that we are closer, then we will come to the Solovetsky stone.
If we do not want to live in a closed country, overcome by suspicions and surrounded from all sides by unknown external and internal enemies, but we want to exercise each country's right in the life of the country in accordance with its abilities, values and ideas about Russia's good, then we will come to the Solovetsky stone.
If we want to be confident in the inviolability of our property, in the security of our children, then we will come to the Solovetsky stone.
If we want to get safely and fearlessly spread all the information that interests us and the people around us and which we have the right to, then we will come to the Solovetsky stone.
If we want the doctor to have the opportunity to treat people, and not to follow the instructions of officials, if we want the policeman to have the opportunity to fulfill the request of everyone to security, and not to be an instrument of state arbitrariness, if we want teachers to be subjects of rational education in accordance with the needs of children and parents, and not involuntarily performers of an all -pervasive state dictate, we will come to the Solovetsky stone.
If we want to know about all the achievements of thoughts, literature and art, if we want to read, write and publish those books that we consider necessary, and not those that the state imposes and filters to us and our children, if we want to shoot, watch and show a movie that is interesting to us, and not which the state takes and orders for us, we will also come to the Solovetsky stone.
If we want a constitution that fixes the value of society, and compliance with laws that do not go beyond the constitution, then we will all inevitably soon or later come to the Solovetsky stone to read the names of the executed.
If we want to overcome all the totalitarian that is in us, and let everything free to bloom in that there is in each of us, then we will see each other at the Solovetsky stone. ”
