Cadaffi wounded in both legs was subjected to self -proper. By the anniversary of the death of Gaddafi, the Human Rights Watch Human Rights Office issued the Dictator Death report dedicated to the last hour of his life. The Libyan authorities did not fulfill their promise to investigate the circumstances of the death of Muamar Gaddafi, his son Mutassim and dozens of other people captured by the rebels, human rights activists note.
The report gives documentary certificates of a war crime: the militias from the city of Misurat captured and disarmed the escort of Gaddafi. The captured supporters of the former Libyan leader were beaten, after which at least 66 people were executed.
