Yakemenko, he said, will remain the leader of the "ours" on a voluntary basis in order to maintain control over the financing of movement. Earlier, the leader of the Defense movement, Ilya Yashin, expressed the opinion that shortly after the transition of Yakemenko to officials, “ours” will cease to exist.

According to the newspaper, the financing of movement has long been carried out mainly through the Civil Club of the Foundation, which is part of the circle of recipients of state grants for non -profit organizations. The functions of the State Committee for Youth may also include the distribution of Grants of NGOs of youth orientation.

Finally, the powers of the youth committee have not yet been determined. He will have a struggle for departmental resources with the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Culture, the State Committee on Sports, says the publication.

Yakemenko was appointed head of the State Committee for Youth Affairs on Wednesday. The Committee was created in September after Viktor Zubkov replaced Mikhail Fradkov as prime minister.
