Razvoszhaev delivered to Moscow

Left activist Leonid Razvoszhaev, stolen on Friday in Kyiv from the UN UN Mission building, was delivered to Moscow. According to Lifenews, Razvoszhaev was detained at 48 hours in the case of the preparation of riots, in the near future the Basmanny court will consider the application for his arrest. The Investigative Committee has not yet reported the detention of Razvozhaev, put on the federal wanted list last Friday. As the lawyer Violett Volkov notes on Twitter, Razvozhaev was taken to Moscow in violation of international legal norms and extradition rules.

Razvoszhaev - member of the Council of the Left Front, assistant to the State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomarev. On October 17, the TFR announced the initiation of a criminal case based on the materials of the film "Anatomy of Protest-2". In addition to Razvoszhaev in the case, two defendants: the coordinator of the Left Front Sergey Udaltsov and activist of the Russian socialist movement Konstantin Lebedev. Udaltsov after a search and interrogation was released on a recognizance not to leave, Lebedev was arrested. On the same day, Razvozhaev left Russia. At that time, he was not listed on the wanted list.

According to activists of the Ukrainian movement "Borotba", there was dense surveillance behind Razvozhaev in Kyiv. Nevertheless, he managed to get to the office of the UN Supreme Commissioner for Refugees and submit an application for political asylum. At the exit from the activist’s building, unknown people were taken away by car without numbers. Employees of the UN mission heard his screams for help. The UN UNC provided Leonid Razvoszhaev as a lawyer who sent a request for his location to the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. It was reported that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is engaged in the search for an activist.

Last week, Razvozhaev was interrogated in the TFR, on October 17, his civil wife was a search at home. On Friday, the opposition placed on social networks an appeal, which said that he intended to hide from the investigation. “So far, neither my loved ones nor my comrades know where I am,” wrote Razvozhaev.

“I am a Siberian, a taigan, so I can live for a rather long time in extreme conditions,” says a letter of Razvozhaeva. “I’m not going to play according to their rules. Although I am sure that now they will begin to apply the most vile methods against me: pressure on loved ones, blackmail and provocations!” He called for peaceful mass protests.

On Thursday, in the Basmanny court, at the hearing, as they stopped Lebedev, the details of the “criminal plan” were announced to organize riots from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. "According to the materials of the case, Sergey Udaltsov, Konstantin Lebedev and Leonid Razvoszhaev, as well as other unidentified persons planned mass riots accompanied by violence, pogroms and arson using firearms and explosives in Moscow, Kaliningrad, Vladivostok and other cities," the court ruling said. According to investigators, the suspects went to various regions of Russia, where they organized training camps in which people who own martial arts took part.

On Friday, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met in Kyiv with his Ukrainian colleague. The meeting discussed the issue of Viktor Yanukovych’s visit to Moscow. On the same day, it became known that the visit was scheduled for October 22. "The parties will discuss issues of deepening the Ukrainian-Russian interregional and border cooperation, prospects for the development of production cooperation in the missile and space and aviation industries," the press service of the President of Ukraine said in a statement.

“Apparently, Leonid was replaced by gas,” Volkov’s lawyer writes on Twitter.

In March last year, Anti -Fascist Denis Solopov was detained in Ukraine by Russian request, who was accused of participating in the attack on the Khimmik administration building. The Ukrainian authorities refused his extradition. In July 2011, Solopov was released. This summer, the political execution in Ukraine was asked by the Nizhny Novgorod activist of another Russia Alexey Devyatkin and his wife, journalist Jenny Kurpen.
