Prokhorov intends to guarantee the rights of observers and remove the authorities from the formation of election commission, cancel the voting on absenteeism and return the “against all” column in the ballots, equip the plots with automatic voting devices, and simplify the rules for the implementation of all -Russian referendums.

Prokhorov is ready to limit his term of stay in power for four years. He promises the next presidential election on June 12, 2016. When the following parliamentary elections are held, Mikhail Prokhorov does not indicate, but promises to achieve the early dissolution of the State Duma.
