Yuri Shevchuk in his speech recalled the 1992 concert "Rock against Terror." At the concert, Shevchuk performed the song of Victor Tsoi "Cuckoo". “I don’t know where Tsoi would be if he were alive, but maybe he would be with us,” Shevchuk said.

In the final of the concert, Peter Verzilov came to the stage and handed over to the public the words of his wife Nadezhda Tolokonnikova: "I am ready to sit for at least ten years if I know that with every year more and more people feel someone else's grief as their own and fight for someone else's freedom as their own."
Tickets for the concert cost from 500 rubles. All proceeds will go to the fund for assistance to political prisoners, including Taisiya Osipova, Pussy Riot participants and “May 6 prisoners”.
It is reported that after the concert the police detained several people for the transfer of the street to the Red Light.
