Golodets: the most powerful shots leave the country

Along with the problem of the outflow of capital in Russia, the problem of outflow of labor arose. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets in an interview with RBC. She tied the outflow of personnel with a decrease in the income of the population.

“Moreover, the most qualified people leave the country, they are replaced by low -qualification migrants,” the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized. According to her, we are talking about "information workers, youth with good training in the field of biotechnologies, graduates who have training in the field of culture."

“Therefore, we must raise the question not only about the outflow of capital, but also about the outflow of personnel and create a system attractive for investment and to preserve working hands. This is the number one task for the country,” said Golodets.

The Deputy Prime Minister believes that indexing social expenses is the only way to overcome a difficult situation in the economy today. It is necessary to support consumption, said Golodets.

On March 24, President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vladimir Fortov admitted that over the past year and a half, the outflow of scientists from Russia has increased . According to him, the salaries of Russian scientists and their foreign colleagues differ significantly. This was before the fall of the ruble course towards the leading world currencies.

On May 26, at the business forum of the Business Russia organization, President Vladimir Putin spoke about the problem of leakage abroad with talented youth with the assistance of the funds. According to him, after the completion of training from there, "few are returning."

According to Rosstat, in May 2015, the real disposable income of Russians decreased in an annual calculus by 6.4 percent. Revenues are reduced for the seventh month in a row.

Moreover, since the beginning of the year, the reduction of real incomes of Russians has been accelerating. In January 2015, according to the updated data of Rosstat, they were reduced in annual calculus by 0.7 percent, in February and March - 1.6, in April - by 3.9 percent. In general, according to the results of the first five months of 2015, the incomes of the population decreased by 3 percent, while for the whole of 2014 - by 0.7 percent. Such a fall in income has not been observed for more than five years.
