The chief of the Krom inter -district department of the Oryol headquarters of the Investigative Committee, Dmitry Zubov, announced to the poet Alexander Formoshev that the previously terminated case against him was resumed. This was reported by the OVD-Info.

On February 27, he transferred "7 × 7" with reference to Vladimir Suchkov, the poet’s lawyer, the term of the investigation in the case was expired, about which the lawyer informed the then prosecutor of the Kromsky district, Alexei Zheanzin.

In one production, explained the bitch, four affairs were united against the poet during 2018 - as a total of the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh. At the same time, the fifth case, initiated by the publication of the poetic miniatures "Russian Spirit" and "Mighty Pile" , TFR stopped in connection with the partial decriminalization of part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (excitement of hatred or enmity).

Thus, three of the four episodes in the united case remained. One of them is qualified under part 1 of Article 294 of the Code (obstruction of justice; up to 2 years of colony). The reason for the factory of this accusation was the active communication of the former media during the process in the third case of the poet.

Part 2 of Article 280 (public calls for extremism via the Internet; up to 5 years of colony) was imputed by the former for the poem "Dedicated to the expansion of NATO to the East." As far as you can conclude from the messages known to the "faces", the last episode of the case is qualified in the same norm - the poet’s publication in 2015 in the United States of the collection of poems "Bloody Memory" dedicated to the Second World War.

Frequency received an official notification of the termination of the case on March 27. The poet’s texts, which became the reason for the persecution, were sent three times to the examinations: one went to Tula, the other in Orel, the third in Moscow. It is claimed, none of them found signs of extremism in verses.

Now the texts were sent to the fourth examination.

At the same time, the lawyer Schukov noted "7 × 7" that the law does not allow one episode to conduct more than two examinations.

In the first three cases, formerly was also persecuted for poems. All three were qualified under part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code. One of the cases, the second in a row, was stopped at the investigation; According to the first and third, the poet in 2015 and 2018, respectively, was convicted of compulsory work .
