The press secretary of Peskov is offended by his boss. In one case, he is offended personally, in the other - as an official person. This is not the first time with him, but here is the rare incident when the offenders of Dmitry Sergeyevich appear state structures. That's why it makes sense to take a closer look at them with interest and listen to the words of the press secretary.

Personally, Peskov feels, having learned that the Supreme Court of Tatarstan freed Vasily Tarasov from the administrative responsibility of the resident of Naberezhnye. The specified resident was accused of the fact that on December 12 last year, on the Constitution Day, Putin - Thief, hung on the city bridge. For which he was fined under an article punishing for "violation of the rules of improvement." Last Wednesday, he was justified what Dmitry Sergeyevich was announced the next day by the journalist of Echo of Moscow, and the spokeswoman immediately shared his special opinion with him. “For example, I think that it is absolutely offensive,” Peskov said, and his statement was read quite clearly. Citizen Tarasov certainly offended President Putin, and the Supreme Court of Tatarstan is covering the villain.

This sounded quite menacingly, but still not so much that we began to seriously worry about the Tatarstan judges. In the end, it is possible that the wounded Peskov, showing dissatisfaction with the judicial verdict, solved both general political and personal career problems. He could not answer the questioning in the spirit that our court is independent, and citizens according to the law are free to evaluate the president as they want. It would be a career miss. Therefore, the spokeswoman preferred to be offended, as he had previously offended when the enemies convicted his cartridge in various multi -billion dollar corruption scams in different posts - in St. Petersburg and in Moscow.

Another thing is the story with sociologists. About five days ago, VTsIOM published data according to which the level of Russian trust in Putin reached a historical bottom, and this really hurt the Kremlin. Therefore, answering the appropriate question, Peskov already frowned in the state’s eyebrow and expressed state bewilderment. Like, how is it so and why, with falling trust, the electoral support of the national leader is growing? The top management expects additional information from “respected specialists” on this score, the press secretary said, and there is no doubt that the “respected” shook, after hearing Dmitry Sergeyevich. For it sounded like an order.

The general in both subjects, the difficulty for the Kremlin, apparently, is that there is some control of controllability: in the center and in the field. The trouble is not in the banners, Peskov had read about his fairy-tale owner and something worse than a “thief”, but that regional judges allow themselves to circumvent the law of Klishas and justify the obvious troublemaken. And not that people have the arrogance not to trust Vladimir Vladimirovich, but that these sentiments dare to fix the pretending VTsIOM. The same, by the way, who recently conducted a survey in Yekaterinburg and with all unambiguity conveyed to the administration that three quarters of the townspeople are opposed to the construction of the cathedral in the square near the Drama Theater.

So Peskov has to, as if sharing a deeply personal pain, hint of Kazan judges, that in Moscow they were discouraged by the verdict of their femid. And as it were, to fall into a dumb, not understanding why sociologists sitting at the State Duma present the Kremlin of such strange Russians, who at the same time do not trust Putin and approve of his activities. Although this is a phenomenon known in science: they did not trust the president who promised not to raise citizens to citizens and deceived, they do not trust, but his foreign policy approve of where you get, and they don’t see replacements. However, Dmitry Sergeyevich is unlikely to satisfy such interpretations, and they are not talking about them. In the Kremlin, they try to comprehend what, in principle, is happening with deduced sociologists and will they rebel, publishing their outrageous numbers? And this is not the first time.

No responses have been received from Tatarstan. But Valery Fedorov, the general director of the VTsIOM, even before Peskov’s speech, which befell, which threatens him with the bad numbers, has already begun to make excuses. He explains the fall of the Putin's rating of confidence with the “effect of black glasses”, and then, completely panic, he asks not to confuse him with those Russians who passionately evaluate the “authorities of the authorities”. No, he is not in solidarity with them, he “spoke not about himself”, and Putin does not fall at all, “only the frequency of mentioning about him falls ... We’ll talk about it soon!” And then he promised to conduct a special question on the topic "Do you trust or do not trust Vladimir Putin?" And he swore that the indicators would grow. So, it seems, the president’s ratings in VTsIOM polls in the foreseeable time really rise, and Dmitry Sergeyevich did not try in vain, simulating perplexity and demanding explanations.

However, from the fact that the metropolitan sociologists, dug by the authorities, will draw new numbers, and individual judges in Tatarstan will reconsider their behavior, the situation will change little. The truth is that the ministers of Themis are already unable to punish a person for an honest banner, and in the mirror of sociology a people are reflected, at the same time approving the leader and not believing him. Hence the distortions. By the way, in the democratic state, these figures presented to the legally elected president would not have been scared of anyone upstairs. In normal countries, it is somehow not customary to trust politicians, they are not husbands or wife. The father of the nation in the authoritarian state in this sense is much more difficult, because of the sand and troubles, then indignant, otherwise lost in conjecture. In his place, everyone would have bustard - such a work, such a state, Putin is like that.
