Hurray, finally found the cause of the demographic problems of Russia! I was tempted to write: “Scientists have discovered! ...” or “Scientists affirm ...” - I love these phrases in our media, but for some reasons that I decided to postpone with them.

So who is to blame? There can be no doubt here: of course, the USA! May the true patriots rejoice, may they exclaim in a single impulse: "I knew!" I explain to the rest of the normal citizens who were stunned by such an epoch -making discovery by a certain Igor Beloborodov, director of a certain institution of demographic research: “If a demographic crisis takes place in Russia, then thanks to the efforts of the American authorities. Because family planning programs that have been involved in Russian schools with the support of the US government from the 1990s gave dirty fruits ”( http://vz.ru/society/2010/8/13/425253.html ).

I suspect that people are educated (I mean - who graduated from high school) from such an explanation will be more stunned. For example, I immediately remembered the bearded Soviet joke about how the orderly consoled a man who had a black man was born, retold in his own obstetric doctor: “It is better to wash the mutation!”

However, the mutation with a mutation, fruits with fruits, but we are not listening to a suanitary aunt, but a director, and not something, but an institute. What does he tell us? “... The main thing is that it outrages from the so -called professors behind the ocean is an attempt to replace the accent. It is unlikely that people are sitting there who are really sincerely mistaken and do not understand that the task is actually different. They try to show that the main function of the power of our state should be to achieve a decrease in mortality. This is categorically wrong. ”

Here you have, a grandmother, and a social orientation ... Here you even somehow forget about the stylistic beauties of Beloborodov, his accent substitutions, so to speak (thanks to the correspondent of the “look” M. Ivanova, who wisely decided not to rule the text). Is it before them, when the state offers such a radical approach to demography: put on the children - and dump into the grave, do not strain the pension fund, do not exacerbate the situation with the budget, do not get confused under the state gallery.

Do you think I am exaggerating, painting a caricature or Marae Pasquil on a scientist? (By the way, I repent - I could not find either the scientific works of Beloborodov on the Web or the information about his qualifications. I probably did not look for badly.) I indignantly mention all sorts of claims and, as evidence, I can quote at least: “You see, today the highest life expectancy in Japan. The fertility there is the same as in Russia, but it is an endangered state. Because the preservation of folk resources and their multiplication (that is, reproduction) are completely different trajectories of demographic policy. No matter how much we reduce mortality, up to immortality, the demography will not improve from this, only the pension and social situation will worsen. In Japan, the pension budget almost collapsed, the country is practically choked in social obligations. ”

What kind of horror: “almost collapsed”, “practically chokes” ... In short, in Japan you can put an end to Japan, as, indeed, in Europe, “where is also a high life expectancy and low birth rate”.

And then it is already completely unambiguous: “In Russia, the emphasis should be placed on reproduction. To focus on a decrease in mortality means trying to offer a false alternative. ”

I only note, apparently correcting Mr. Director: Nicholas Ebertadt, an American professor, who caused a storm of anger in Beloborodov with his study, meant not just mortality, but mortality from certain reasons: suicides, poisoning, murders and accidents. But in the framework of the demographic strategy proposed by Beloborodov (I would call her rabbit, so as not to offend the Chinese), all these nuances are nothing trifles. Moreover, in the given framework, the acuteness and qualitative problems of demography are lost - children's incidence and mortality, female health and much more. For example, patients and crippled children will not even have to be discarded from the cliff as in Sparta: at this level of health care, their problems will be resolved by themselves. True, with kindergartens, defeated, undoubtedly, according to the teaching of the damned West, it will be tight, i.e. Already, a collapse is approaching in a number of regions, and after a few years it will be tight with schools, defeated just, already without any foreign intervention, completely sovereign-democratically. Although, if you figure out what will the school have survivor?

Now, I hope that everything is clear even to those citizens who at first could not understand what is the connection between domestic demography and the USA, except that the mass of Russians went there in the past and leaves today ... However, this will not save America: “... the USA, from where there are such imprudent recommendations, will also encounter this in the near future” (with the dying of the population.

So it remains only to put several points over several I. The Institute of Demographic Research is a public organization, as well as, for example, the Petrovsky Academy and other similar bastions and lights of the Russian, quasi and anti-nausea. On this occasion, its director states: “To date, our Institute for Demographic Research is the only one in Russia, but it also exists in the form of a public organization. There is also a department of sociology and family demography at Moscow State University and several small scientific centers where authoritative scientists work, but all this does not correspond to the scale of the problem ”( http://pravoslavie.ru/guest/32332.htm ).

How is it that some meticulous reader will ask, but where did he go (the Institute of Demography of the State University of Sciences), led by a professor of economic sciences Anatoly Grigoryevich Vishnevsky? Mr. Beloborodov answers this question unequivocally and even innocently: “Since 2006, our project has been actively developing-the Demographia.ru portal, which distinguishes an objective scientific approach. Prior to this, there was no such resource in RuNet, but there was an active platform for our opponents - people of a different paradigm who believe that depopulation in Russia is a natural phenomenon, its arrival should be rejoiced rather than resisted. We are talking about the marginal unit at the Higher School of Economics, led by A.G. Vishnevsky. It is known that this activity is generously financed by Western funds, in particular the Soros fund. Earlier, Vishnevsky even tried to advise the head of state on demographic issues until he was given a weighty “slap”, since his postulates are clearly dissonated with the development proposed by the former and current presidents. ”

These are the scientific criteria for us: was funded or not to the West, rejoiced or resisted objective processes; We have such objective scientific approaches: whether your position with the development proposed by the authorities is dissonated, such discussions have such methods - a weighty slap.

I quite consciously lower religious motives in an interview with Beloborodov. In my deep conviction, all these spells about the Orthodox culture of present -day Russia, about the influence of the Church on demography (anti -Celibat, so to speak) - all this is an empty conjunctural chatter, which has nothing to do with science, or even religion.

And I hope that the scientific qualifications of the director are not mentioned either by himself or his interviewers by chance. With such a Russian language, the most useful thing that it can do for Russian demography is to go and to plant as many children as possible, according to his own concept. But preferably silently.
