Kadyrov on the run?

The story is this: on January 10, Dagestani police detained a Volga car, in which, as it turned out, the daughter of the late President Akhmat Kadyrov and, accordingly, the sister of Ramzan Kadyrov, was driving. The girl and the guards were escorted to the city department, but then quickly released. However, Ramzan was still offended, the next day he came to Khasavyurt with his friends (there were about three hundred of them) and beat up all the local Ministry of Internal Affairs officers whom he could find. Now they are trying to attract him.
