Probably, not all users of Dissernet are aware that our “dissipep The magazines” represent not only magazines, but also entire publishers and even publishing groups that violate the ethics of science [ 1 ]. The first place in the number of magazines (50) in the “dissapedics” and by the number of violations is occupied, of course, the lawyer publishing group, headed by the famous character of Dissernet, professor Vladimir Grigoryevich Griborievich Griborevich [ 2 ], part -time chairman of the Russian professorship (RPS). We note, by the way, that the co-chair of the RPS is a stubborn-third VAK chairman Vladimir Mikhailovich Filippov.
In second place is the Nota Bene Publishing House [ 3 ] with a collection of 30 magazines. Recently, the number of violations of this publishing house, reflected in the "disservice", suddenly decreased sharply. The fact is that the publishing house decided to join Scopus and rushed to correct the noted violations. I must say, they did a huge work: they recalled almost all incorrect articles (and there were a lot of them!) And raised a lot of people who had lit up in the “disserter” from the editor -in -colleges/Soviets: Activists of Dissernet spent many hours simply to rewall these articles and characters to the “dissipidia”.
In our opinion, retraction is a necessary, but only the first stage of cleansing the magazine. According to Professor Rostovtsev, "here the question is, in principle, make the editors check the sent material for rationality and originality." So far, our experts have checked on borrowing several random issues of one magazine “Administrative and Municipal Law” - and immediately the number of unhealthy articles jumped from three to seven [ 4 ]. Although 17 publications were retreating (see the section “Reference information about the journal”), and this, without any irony, is a good result!
However, we turn to the composition of the editorials/Councils of the magazines of the Nota Bene Publishing House. On the page of each magazine in the "dissropures" there is an option "show taking into account historical data", where you can see changes in the "team compositions". If you wander along the pages of different magazines, it can be seen that the most odious editorials in which there were many disserterpical people, having expelled all the violators of scientific ethics, immediately recruited new ones. Moreover, the most interesting thing is that most of the new members - from the same list of violators, that is, they kicked out a person from some magazines, and immediately took it to others.
I suggest those who wish to admire some characters: on the page of each person there is a story of his (her) participation in the editorials. It's funny to observe the changes in the life of these people.
So, Agnes Olegovna Inhakova [ 5 ] was kicked out of 9 magazines, and took in 8 publications. Pyotr Nikolayevich Kobets [ 6 ] and Alexei Andreyevich Demichev [ 7 ] was expelled from 11 magazines, took one at 4, the other in 9 publications.
Look for other examples yourself, "we have them." In the end, we add only a sweet couple’s beloved “disserter”: Alexey Valentinovich Kurakin with Mikhail Valerievich Kostennikov. These are two professors of the All-Russian Institute for Advanced training of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, who several times re-displayed a piece of dissertation of the dean of the legal faculty of the Moscow Psychological and Social University (MPSU) by S. N. Maksimov in the form of articles, not forgetting to take Maximov to co-author, but was too lazy to delete the phrase “this dissertation”. Previously, Kurakin was in different nota Bene magazines the leading, and Kostennikov was a member of the Redsovets. Now they were raised from these magazines, but they took the head of the chief editor in the reverse order to the “VIIPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” in the reverse order, and Kurakin is there: [ 8 ]; [ 9 ].
It seems that in the magazine business of grief of publications the situation as with a presidential pool, from which, as part of a negative selection, the same people are drawn, and the bullets of the candidates are strictly limited.
