In life, everything is somewhat different. Not so long ago I came across a procedure for obtaining citizenship, and, as it seemed to me, in the most reliable version, which could be. I needed to get an insert about citizenship for my daughter, who is not yet one and a half years old. I, a sinful thing, thought that she was already a Russian citizen - since dad and mother Russians. As if by default. And who else should she be? And if I lived in Vladivostok, then in Kaliningrad, I worked in Africa at any kind, I lived somewhere else. And now I have to spend all the money and all my time on flights around the world and collecting certificates so that a one -year -old child is recognized as a citizen? And if at these addresses there are no longer any offices and certificates cannot be collected, if I do not have the opportunity to travel along the routes of the bureaucracy, then my daughter will be a citizen of which country instead of Russia?
The reality, thank God, turned out to be more merciful, and we did not have to beat the records of Fedor Konyukhov, enveloping the globe. It turned out that a house book was simply leading some fool who scares people. But let's imagine that she does not sit in her meaningless place, but directly on the issuance of inserts or occupies another important post in the bureaucratic hierarchy. And how many such people really hold posts. And most importantly, how many confusing instructions and regulatory circulars we have, how many complex laws that contradict one to another, and all together - common sense.
Therefore, no simplified procedure for obtaining Russian citizenship does not exist for anyone. Just unlike a standard procedure that will take years, a lightweight version intends to kill for this months. The applicant for a passport with the eagle will need to collect not two or three pieces of paper. These papers will have to be obtained first in the historical homeland. We will not forget about Russian embassies, where they are completely not ready to help those who want to become a Russian. Not because the dishes with a heart - they just do not have the appropriate "capacities" and powers. And on the Russian territory, people occupy for months the queues in the bit of the stuffed ovirs, where there are also not enough people and premises.
Facking on time, do not violate or confuse anything, not give bribes - how is it in principle possible? From the outside it seems that it will not be possible to become a citizen of Russia either according to a standard, but according to a lightweight scheme. Despite the fact that millions of citizens from neighboring countries have long settled in us without any passports and inserts. It is easier for them to remain in an illegal position than to run for certificates, because no matter what small money here they pay, it is still much more than at home.
And this is also convenient for the owners and police officers, since illegal immigrants can be handled as you like, but the Russian will not work. Therefore, illegal replenishes not only his own, but also the master's moshna, dreaming of accumulating money, to give everyone bribes at once and turn into a Russian!
