The hunger strike of the punk group Pussy Riot Maria Alekhina has been going on for seven days. On May 28, she was hospitalized in the medical part of the colony for the examination. Alekhina refused to eat after she was not allowed to attend the court on parole, which ended in refusing to satisfy the petition. “On Friday, Masha sent an official statement on the requirements of her ongoing hunger strike to the FSIN to the leadership of her camp and to the FSIN bodies. At the moment, Masha was cut off from all communication channels and only lawyers and defenders manage to bring information from her from the inside of the IK-28 camp, ”the defenders Alekhina said. The New Times publishes statements from IK-28
"The situation in the colony is difficult. All convicts who live or work next to me are closed to the castle, which deprives them of the opportunity to receive medical care and exacerbates the situation. I am at the moment of the 6th day with a demand to stop putting pressure on me through other convicts. The administration is ignoring the hunger strike. The regional prosecutors and right-hand traders do not make itself felt. I intend to star I do not see the administration for negotiations.

Official statement to the leadership of the camp and the authorities from the GUFSIN of the Perm Territory:
"On 22.05 I was announced a hunger strike with a demand to deliver me to the court hearing. I refused to participate in court through video communication primarily due to systematic pressure, which is expressed as follows:
About a month ago, in the vocational school in which I work, the castle was hanged and the work schedule changed. Prisoners come out only with an administration employee and cannot receive medical care on time.
About two weeks ago, the 2nd, 11th, 16th detachments were closed to the castle, prisoners could not go without administration employees.
Then there was a constant support of me by the administration employees.
I consider all these actions of the administration a provocation aimed at setting up other convicts against me.
A similar situation had already happened to me in November 2012.
In this regard, I demand to take the following measures:
Remove the locks with vocational schools and restore the previous work schedule.
Remove locks from the 2nd, 11th and 16th detachments.
Stop constant support for me by the staff of the institution.
To date, the hunger strike continues. The administration does not take any measures to resolve the situation.
