Apparently, before our eyes there is an attempt to adjust or, as it has been fashionable to speak recently, rebooting agreements.

The fundamental question in this struggle is the state corporation. These "common funds" of Putin's personal friends are the core of the economic system of ruling kleptocracy. In fact, this is a repetition in a gigantic scale of the fraud of red directors in the early nineties, when all the expenses of their enterprises lay on the state, on the budget, and they personally disposed of all income. Look at the list of all these Kovalchuks, Chemezovye, Yakunins, Timchelok, and recently from some cracks of Putin-Schlemovye's direct relatives that have already appeared. Gosque corporations are a financial and blue core of the Putin government system, for the most part they are headed by security forces who, as you know, are not former. Medvedev, on the other hand, is very disrespecting about these same state corporations. He even defiantly drove the honored veteran of the Dresden residency of Chemezov from his amusing government - the modernization council.

This is not a thaw, but the traditional struggle of clans inside the ruling kleptocracy. From the history of our country, we know many such conflicts - death (murder?) Stalin, then the arrest of Beria, an anti -Party group, a conspiracy against Khrushchev, a putsch of the GKChP, mysterious events of the fall of 1999 ... Our entire political story is there, like the struggle of the bulldogs under the carpet. Which of the Kremlin bulldogs will win this time is difficult to predict. At first glance, Putin has undeniable resource superiority. But the growing insolence of Medvedev and nervousness of behavior has recently some iconic, one hundred percent, it would seem, Pro-Putin's rats say that, apparently, these notes know something that we, commoners, are unknown.

The only thing that can be said definitely: this conflict will be resolved long before 2012 and it will be resolved, as always, in a narrow circle of the highest nomenclature.
