I have been participating in Russian politics since February 1992. I noticed for a long time that all these years have been divided unauthorized into some political segments that differ from each other. Here are a few observations.
Parties, dressing their activists in the uniform, suddenly hopelessly outdated after October 4, 1993. (Although the power belonged to the bourgeoisie since 1991, this belonging was not washed with blood.) Only Barkashov and his camouflage-portrading RNU lasted after the October uprising of still unthinkable for six years. But in 1999, faced only with the opposition of Luzhkov, with his “no” (regarding the Congress of RNE in the Izmailovo complex), Barkashov surrendered and was forced to actually dissolve the party. She would still disperse herself, for she is morally obsolete. Camouflaged young men in the gids looked like the wildest anachronism in Moscow of brilliant cars, luxurious buildings of new banks, and social parties in Moscow. Uniform implies a war, and if people go in uniform and do not fight, they are mummers. They are extra.
In 2003, after the parliamentary elections, the form of the bourgeois parliamentary party suddenly became morally obsolete. Touchily helpless, like Barkashovo boys in the portups, now all the blorying "Yavlinsky" and varieties of this model of a bourgeois liberal policy were now. State Duma remote from the parquet, these uncles began to sound like ordinary picket vests gathered in the station buffet. It turned out that the significance of their speeches was given exclusively by the State Duma parquet, that is, the place where they were pronounced. The speeches not in the State Duma suddenly stupid and faded, and ceased to be politics. The rapid collapse of the "apple" and the Union of Right Forces began. The Union of Right Forces lasted less than the Barkashovtsy (RNE) after the formidable shout of the mayor (not the shout was the reason for their collapse, but the obsolescence, archaic structure), but almost the same. But the "apple" is all floundering. However, it flies in vain. Some modernization of the "Yabloko", its completely social-democratic "levity", symbolized by the simple "left", in essence, the physiognomy of the new leader Mitrokhin, the "apple" will not save, in my opinion.
The fact is that each new stage of political metamorphosis of Russia requires new forms of political organizations. This only power can always afford the same form: administrative-chin. Since only power can protect its eternal archaic with the help of power structures: the Ministry of Internal Affairs, first of all.
Before moving on to the current state of the forms of political organizations in Russia, I will dwell on a short time on the history of the NBP that I created and now prohibited. From the very foundation of the party, we rejected both the form of a half -nuclear organization and the form of a bourgeois party. The first we rejected consciously, the bourgeois part we, the founding fathers - Letov, Dugin, Kurekhin, Slave, Limonov - simply could not create, even if we wanted to. The first five years have gone for party construction. We intended to initially use the bourgeois freedoms that remained after 1993 and intended to seek power through free elections. After the first refusals in registration in 1998 (twice in a row), it was impossible to remain the same as it was the first five years. Namely: bright, loud, all offending, picky, flaunting, but essentially harmless. In 1999, the party turned to the practice of direct action shares (ADD). I went into a radical policy. Successfully.
After especially successful APD 2003-2005, the authorities brought down all conceivable repressions to the party. Both judicial and physical reprisals with the National Bolsheviks of the Hands of Prochrevsky organizations. By the end of 2005, more than 50 people were in prisons at the same time. In those years, the atmosphere itself, the political climate of Russia, changed. The last free programs on TV channels were closed, only a handful of independent media remained. In 2006, it turned out that ADD became an ineffective means of combating the regime. Precisely because the country has a negligible number of independent media. It was possible to make APD as much as you like (although we paid for the APD the expensive price of prison conclusions), however, those who conveyed our exploits disappeared to citizens, the intermediate link, intermediaries - independent journalists disappeared. There was no one to tell about the National Bolsheviks to the people, about the brave defenders of the people. We were in isolation.
It was this circumstance that then pushed us, the National Bolsheviks, in the "hug of liberals" in 2006. But in fact, if without quotes, the only right decision was made to move to new forms of political struggle as part of a wide coalition. If we persisted in the continuation of the struggle by the APD, then we would quickly leave the political scene of Russia and would be preserved only in a relict, folklore form. Those Ostolopes-EX-Partyers who reproached Limonov in alliance with liberals in 2006, simply do not have enough mind for a deep understanding of the essence of politics (nothing surprising, the mental abilities of everyone are not equal, if they were equal, the leaders would have long disappeared).
In the wide coalition “another Russia”, the National Bolsheviks along with the liberals (and who prevented the so -called “left -handed” to work in “other Russia”) managed to scare power, and hopes broke out in society. The practice of "marches of the disagreement" was the right way, it boiled the society, 2006-2008 was productive, no matter what the townsfolk from politics and professional prophets of despondency are grumbled (there are especially many of them among liberals). I am absolutely sure that today, another Russia has a future, and I will create this future. Another thing is that “another Russia”, alas, did not become a coalition of citizens, but became a coalition of leaders. The principle of the coalition of leaders already contains the seizure of the project. The coalition of leaders is inherent in fragility, while the coalition of citizens is a much more reliable and powerful gun.
The fragile coalition of leaders collapsed after the failure of the opposition that happened during the 2008 presidential campaign. More precisely, there was a whole chain of quarrels, disagreements and failures, I allocated for brevity only one reason: the struggle for the "title" of a single opposition candidate. And the leaders from "other Russia" in all directions scattered. In different directions. With the exception of me, I did not run away anywhere. And I try to preserve what remains of the "other Russia". But I want to turn her into a coalition of indignant, disagreed citizens. (It is possible that in a new round of history the time of parties will return, but now is not the time of parties.)
Having fled, the “right” created “solidarity”, “left” - “left front”. This is by no means new forms of political organizations, but old ones. They are created from fright and out of habit. The bourgeois "solidarity" intended to act with the usual Good Old parliamentary methods: to participate in the elections. The counterfeiters and oath -criminals from power quickly knocked out the candidates of "solidarity" from the elections to the Moscow City Duma and wherever they could. "Solidarity" has retired on the Internet and from there tells about its greatness. The Left Front, having competed Mitrokhin from Yabloko, is engaged in barren and unpromising support of the courtyard movements of Muscovites. They also have victories: there they fell asleep there, then the garages were not demolished ... "Cool -Crouto" - I want to say that such a "political" struggle can last for centuries, but you do not struggle for power!
In 2009, in Russia (and possibly not only in Russia), not a party political struggle is promising. It is high time to understand that political categories are aging along with time. How much you can taldy "we are left-handed", "we are right", we are such, you are. These concepts have lost their real meaning. (Already in 1993, creating the NBP, the founding fathers frankly mocking it, mixed in a bunch of right and left.) You want people to support us, you need to raise the protest flag against the forcible, dishonest regime of neo-chaarism. This is the only way.
I am waiting for you on the triumphal square on October 31 at 18 o’clock. Do not bring party attributes. You are going to participate in the movement of citizens for our rights, for freedom of assembly on our land.
