In 2016, the alarmed Putin seemed to ask experts in a puzzle: do you actually believe that we can try to influence the course of elections in the United States? Do you not understand that we do not approve of the “dangerous rhetoric of rattling with nuclear weapons”? Published Bloomberg a few hours before the performance on Valdai with reference to the unsemanded sources, the story about what kind of spent Putin arranged for officials from the Ministry of Defense for “flights of Russian military aircraft in dangerous proximity to NATO ships” - “Did you go crazy?!” - Successfully complemented the image.
