Yesterday, tortured and killed in prison, Sergei Magnitsky was convicted of tax evasion. I mean rapprochement in the time of judicial verdicts issued in the capital's courts - Gagarinsky and Tver. This is an accident.

You can’t say this about sentences. In this state, in these times, in these courts, in these circumstances, only the dead could be sentenced. Living and healthy could not be sentenced.

If Alexandrina is innocent, it turns out that it is necessary to punish the driver of the vice president of Lukoil, if not Barkov himself. You just think about this phrase. This unimaginable combination of words: “judge”, “punish”, “Lukoil”.

That is, probably during the process, all official examinations confirming the fault of the deceased were considered convincing, and the examination did not receive independent adequate consideration. Different trifles did not arouse suspicions: the disappearance of video recordings of an accident on the government highway, Barkov’s blood on the coffee pillow of the driver ... Moreover, the case was dismantled for the third time, and there will be a cassation, but there should hardly be in doubt that Alexandrina would be sentenced again. The head of the Lukoil corporate security department in this state is doomed to be a victim of a traffic accident. A victim of collision, if you want. A victim that will always find protection in Russian courts.

And if Magnitsky is innocent, then the point is not even that a person was gripped to death. That at large people are walking, whom he accused of billions of embezzlement from the budget, and they killed him for this. In the end, you can plant some of the retractors of capitalist property, and they are already a little attracted, however, for other matters. The main trouble is that if Magnitsky was burned without guilt, then the abyss of international law is opening to the Russian state as a subject of international law.

It turns out that the famous list of Magnitsky, presented by the Americans, is entirely filled with the names of killers and thieves. That the Kremlin’s reaction to this list, including some kind of forgotten counterattacks, as well as the “Law of the Plotsy”, and all for years inflated anti-American hysteria are not diplomacy, but national shame. It turns out, only pull the thread, begin to understand the Magnitsky case according to the law, as the horror film will appear to be mixed with an anti -Russian conspiracy, the political and judicial power. The universe will fall on the head to those who started this matter and now brought it to the end.

First killed a man. Then they were terribly protested when foreigners did not want to let people involved in crimes. Then they refused the Americans in the adoption of Russian children, although where is magnetic and where is orphans? The Russian authorities fell into Tsugzvang, and the court, who sentenced the dead along with the living, but invulnerable to our Bastrykin, was a logical, even the only possible completion of this crazy plot.

Now everything seemed to fall into place. We grieve about the death of a prisoner of the type, but still, imagine, evaded taxes. He evaded, and those who planted him did not violate the laws. They did not violate the laws, but the Americans, refusing them in visas, held an unfriendly action. They conducted an unfriendly action, and we forbade them to adopt our children. The verdict to the deceased Sergei Magnitsky, as it were, crowned all this pyramid, because his lawyers had not the slightest chance to achieve an acquittal of verdict. The state business, a joke, what kind of search for legal truth, the honor and dignity of the murdered and slandered, when there are such bets at the stake. When there is nowhere to go and we must say the innocent in order to now refer to this sentence in international discussions on a given topic.

The problem, however, is that no one has been entering the discussion about Magnitsky’s case with the Kremlin for a long time, because there is no object for polemic. This is the case, as well as the matter of Olga Alexandrina, it is too clear for everyone who has at least some idea of ​​our order. Two judicial verdicts made with a small break fix this performance or, as in the old days, they cast in granite. This is an accident that they are made almost simultaneously. The abuse of the dead, manifested in both processes, does not seem accidental. For unlimited cynicism is the fundamental principle of modern Russian justice.
