20-year-old activist of the banned National Bolshevik Party Anton Stradymov was found dead on January 19 near the Vykhino station of the Moscow metro. Death occurred as a result of beatings - numerous skull fractures were recorded, RIA Novy Region reports.
Stradymov’s personal belongings, money and mobile phone were not stolen, from which we can conclude that this was not a robbery. As NBP press secretary Alexander Averin told the Daily Journal, as of 11.30 they have little information, but there is reason to believe that this was a murder for political reasons.
Under similar circumstances, another NBP activist, Yuri Chervochkin, died in Serpukhov last year. The killers have not yet been found.
