But this, of course, is unreasonable. The main thing is that the Russian authorities are still absorbed exclusively by ensuring the safety of our people and maintaining ineffective stability in the God of the Fatherland. And the situation is not to say that it is simple. The week began with the fact that Moscow bikers besieged the police department, where there were immigrants from the Caucasus, who beat them with a comrade baseball bats. For some reason, bikers doubted that criminals would be detained for a long time. And then there was a real riot in the city of Pugachev, the Saratov region. A 16-year-old teenager from Chechnya, who was visiting relatives in Pugachev, stabbed a guy who had just demobilized from the army. For some reason, local residents did not agree with the local bosses who tried to convince them that there was no question of any interethnic conflict-a purely household incident. After meeting with the head of the city administration, they, as the unconscious, did not want to calm down and went to block the federal highway. The next day, the presidential plenipotentiary with the governor failed to reason them. After the conversation, the Pugachevites did not calm down, but went to block the railway tracks. The Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences has recently prepared a ballot dedicated to the socio-psychological well-being of the country's residents. Of course, when such a serious threat of stability is growing, law enforcement agencies cannot stand aside. Who receive foreign grants and are engaged in domestic political activities. According to Chaikin data, "from November last year to April of this year, 2226 non-profit organizations received 30.8 billion rubles from abroad." I must say that not all billions were spent on subversive targets. From the indicated amount, the Prosecutor General immediately subtracted 6 billion, which were received by NGOs, established by the authorities (both regional and federal). The seagull is not worried about them, although just thanks to such foreign financing, the damned abroad would have received a direct impact on the Russian authorities. The Prosecutor General is concerned about the other: "24 billion received non -profit organizations, let's say that they functioned without the authorities of the Russian Federation."
The danger is precisely in this. The fact that such money is spent without the knowledge of domestic officials, apparently, is the main evidence of criminal intentions. The department of Mr. Chaika established 215 NPOs, “having signs of foreign agents,” and believes that 17 of them were directly funded by the embassies of the United States, Great Britain, Switzerland, Belgium and Holland (of which they accused of interfering with Russian internal affairs). It turns out that “individual facts have been established in the activities of NPOs, in fact, performing the functions of foreign agents, high -ranking public servants, representatives of political parties, as well as public institutions.” The main enemy residency is, of course, the Presidential Council for Human Rights. There are already seven agents who "continue to be in the council through which they strive to influence the authorities, conduct an examination of draft regulatory acts, and make their proposals for a change in legislation."
Some were full of hopes after Putin at a recent meeting with official human rights activists languidly promised to eliminate uncertainty with the law enforcement of the NPO law. After the seal’s performance, it became obvious: if this law will change, then exclusively towards toughening. The concept of "political activity" will be as expanded as much as possible. I am sure that any assessment of the work of the current government will be assigned to political activity. Once they evaluate - therefore, they want to shift, acting on the hint of foreign states. This is not even demagogy, it is paranoia.
At the same time, concentrating on the fight against NGOs, human rights activists and opposition, the authorities pretend that he does not see real threats to the country's security. So, most likely, she will not be too ready for the situation when it turns out that the people are somewhat tired of tireless worries about him.
